Logged in first attempt at least twice on Chrome on my girlfriend's laptop. Looks like it's a problem with my desktop rather than my account.

I had a similar fail rate, I’ve done it so many 000s of times now that I’m far less. Only solution is to provide your details to the developer via Coll support which I could never muster the energy to do.

I've seen similar problems with Chrome auto-completion, which seems sometimes to be rejected - whereas manually filling in the same info immediately afterwards seems to work.

It is likely that the website is looking for a particular event which is not triggered by Chrome autocomplete.
In the past I have allowed the autocomplete and then added and removed a character from the end of the row of asterisks, some or all of tabbing to, keying in to, and tabbing from the field may be required.

I get a failed attempt or two most times. I'm using Firefox on a couple of PCs and it's the same on either.

I'm using Firefox (updated regularly) on windows 10 (updated regularly) and I've never had any problems logging in. I also eat my cookies each time I close my browser, could it be a cookie problem?

I’ve had this a few times recently on my iPad. I started taking my time and now it’s generally OK.
It may be that I was getting the wrong letters, but I’ve also noticed that when you input a letter, it displays that letter before changing to a round dot (maybe more so when on a slow connection?). I now make sure that each letter becomes a dot before I enter the next one and/or hit the login button.
This theory is probably complete rubbish, but it makes me slow down and I usually get in OK !

Sometimes I get to the memorable word screen on my mobile and the keyboard doesn't appear so I cannot enter the letters. It sometimes takes me several attempts at opening the page before the keyboard pops up such that I can log in. This could be because I use a cheap Chinese Android phone which is generally excellent considering the low price I paid for it so I am reluctant to mention this as a bug because it could well be a issue that is personal to my bargain price device. I have always been able to get in in the end but on my desktop PC it is always a first time success situation.
