My last house purchase at the start of '91 was on 14% that quickly went to 15%. On normal maximum income multiple at that time of 3.5X. I bet on rates reducing quickly or serious inflation giving me a pay rise. It did start coming down after a few months.

Any thoughts on developing a more user-friendly statement download for your New Year's Resolutions, MoneyThing?

Not all of the cars are traders. There is also a specialist rental company who we assume is confident of a good return on capital in that market.

I got an email (confusingly reusing number 26) but nothing on website - is it already filled and accepted?

Hi Yes we should have that facility before the end of next week. We have been working with new developers on the new platform and will be including multiple options for downloading data in user required formats. Regards Ablrate Am I missing this or did it not get done?

Is anyone else curious about "the issue" on ABL026? I did try to find the tax status of the truck and failed.

Can you provide me with formula... Perhaps something like: interest = capital b/f * rate capital repaid = payment - interest capital c/f = capital b/f - capital repaid

Is anyone concerned that a majority of the rent on the building is paid by a newly formed company connected to the borrower?

The asset valuation £10995 on ABL016 appears to be an offer rather than bid quote.

For myself, I am not too disappointed. Everybody got some allocation which was one point of PF. It was always a possibility that the allocation would not be the maximum bid. So the gripe seems to be that some others got a better allocation than originally expected. The actual rules should be published officially as well as on this forum.
If the loan was published 24 hours before allocation to get a more orderly market (perhaps?), would that be an unacceptable delay for the borrowers who are not guaranteed instant fulfillment?

Thanks Andy for the £0.00 free top-up. I guessed I might have needed that when I couldn't invest all my available funds because there was not enough funds available. But now I can, and have!
