It should be sufficient to repay the first and second tranches if everything goes to plan as according to the latest update. If you find the 3rd loan for this facility on the FS website via the all active and past loans section you will see in the updates a post on the 15/05/2018 indicating the total current debt and daily interest charge.

The police arrested two suspicious men in a car park today. One was drinking battery acid and the other was eating fireworks.
They charged one and let the other one off.

My mate Ralph must be one of the most kind hearted person I’ve ever known. He was behind a little old lady in the shop who was buying bits for her grandkids. Her bill came to £60.85 but when she counted out her change she only had just shy of £60 on her. She didn't want Ralph to help her bless her, but he insisted and in no time at all he had all her shopping back on the racks & shelves.

This is still for sale... (via Auction House) 'Dear All We are now instructed to invite best offer for this property by 12 noon, Wednesday 23rd May 2018.' No doubt another cunning ploy to force the buyers hand.

Fair play to Wayne Rooney visiting Sir Alex Ferguson in hospital last week. ’His speech is improving and he can nearly string a sentence together’ said Ferguson.

So according to the update FS posted today the flats have been placed into the auction to force the purchaser's hand to exchange contracts.Could placing the development into an auction not have an adverse effect? If the purchaser (if he really exists) sees the development doesn't reach or get anywhere near the guide price then surely he would renegotiate the price? If the purchaser doesn't make an effort to exchange contracts then I can see some sort of excuse made and this being pulled out of the auction for the reason above. It's going to be an interesting afternoon.

Oh dear this isn't looking good at all. For a while I've been expecting the next update to be something along the lines of "unfortunately due to the delay in obtaining the necessary warranties, the buyer has pulled out of the purchase". Then again, such a frank admission is perhaps expecting too much from FS I think it's pretty obvious there was no buyer in the first place but I guess you had assumed that too.

The borrower is quite clearly stringing FS along as he has done for months. The flats have reappeared for sale on right move last week (9/5/2018) after being absent for a few weeks which remarkably coincides with when the warranties were finally obtained. Incidentally the guide/asking price is £1.2m so it's not looking good for those in the 2nd charge but you have probably known that for a while now.
