Figure fir November Note that Mintos figure likely includes fractional bonds. I don'T think there is a figure that seperates notes and bonds.

If I understood it correctly Creditstar wanted to raise 30M EUR. They did raise 12M EUR. They need to spend 11M EUR to repay old bonds. Do your own research to verify all figures please.

The only problem is that while it was an overwhelming victory, under the Dutch PR system he is only expected to receive 37 out of 150 seats. I guess all the supporters of PR on these boards will be watching with interest to see developments. Could it be fair and reasonable that a party that achieves an overwhelming majority at an election doesn't get into government? agent69 He got 23.5% of the votes and 37 out of 150 seats (=24.7%). Where do you see a mathematical problem with that?

Anyone affected might try and contact the Irish Central Bank to see if they have anything to say about this. While p2p is unregulated there is oversight on the advertising, therefore if you feel what you got in practise differs from what was promised on the website ...

No surprise. I thought the scheme was ludicrous in the first place.

At Indemo I am targeting mortgage loans that have defaulted as an investment asset. Sounds crazy? I am testing it now

... How would that payment be received - I'm not sure they have my bank details, but the name and address on the share certificate is up to date. ... Not familiar with that case, but I would highly assume that they will credit your Crowdcube account (from where you could manually withdraw it to your bank account). At least that happens on Seedrs in similar circumstances
Yes there are big downsides that can happen, when you invest small amounts in an equity corwdfunding pitch. On Seedrs several startups IPOd (which is usually good) however the broker transaction fee is something like £35 per transaction, so any investor that started with the £10 minimum investment at Seedrs might still be very unhappy.
On you main question I suggest to contact Crowdcube support.

He has posted that on multiple international forums. On the German forum an Estateguru employee responded and said that "the author of this topic (Crowdanalyst) owes more than €8 million to Estateguru investors through various projects and is trying in every way possible to prevent the realisation of collateral in favour of investors. It is therefore a biased and hostile author. This post, too, is full of falsehoods and misrepresentations, the sole purpose of which is to damage Estateguru's reputation and influence the actions of the Court."
