As I am myself in the Eurozone I covered many of the Eurozone p2p marketplaces on my blog www.p2p-banking.com/ *

As like the critics in the other thread have mentioned too, one could say here too, that the choices are too broad, as one could easily vote "all of the above" given these choices. Just for the record, I selected 'do your research' (which incorporates start slow in my opinion), diversify (which in my view goes for loans AND platforms) and be prepared for limited liquidy as a matter of prioritising tips.

By the way, you are more than welcome to join the P2P forums here in Belgium. Well, if you could manage to understand a singe word. Hi, what Belgian p2p forums do you recommend?

Commuterclub is raising funds. I am posting this in the Ratesetter section rather than the equities section as the interesting part is that Commuterclub's business model relies on a cooperation with Ratesetter through which all loans are funded. Actually to me it does not matter whether the valuation will be below or at or over the cap. The UK p2p lending sector is heading for strong growth and an opportunity to invest in Assetz Capital, which are well positioned to participate and profit from the growth, is interesting to me.

P.S. Our doors are always open. If you're ever near London Bridge, south of Tate Modern, pop in! I'll make you a cup of tea in a RateSetter mug.... Just to prove we are real! Kevin. lol

Today when I logged into my Ablrate accounts after some weeks, I noted to my surprise that the sum of 'Available funds' and 'Funds lent' in my dashboard was less than the amount that I deposited. This happened in the past too, when I had units for sale on secondary market. But I have no offers running currently. I started searching. And found that Looks okay on first glance, my offer expired (0 days). But why was it still listed here and what does "Waiting for decision" mean? I then clicked on "View" . and found out, I need to "Cancel" the unsold, ended sales offer to make my funds available again for further bidding. This hiccup sounds minor. However in the past I did not receive interest in one case, because at the time of interest payment the part was active in resale. I wrote to support at that time and they said they would fix it. Don't know if that could situation could reoccur in the above described case. I'll stay away from selling on the secondary market for now. If you offered any parts on resale that did not sell, you might want to check the status, too.
