I have downloaded my non-isa statement for 2021/22 which gives interest for the year, defaulted loans, recoveries during the year and net interest to be declared. If there are subsequent recoveries for these loans, or for any loans from earlier years, I should notify HMRC of the recoveries except these have now been sold on so I will not be aware and I will not be the recipient of any recoveries. Any views?

Rates to investors for pending loans have started to fall.

Peterborough R*** has disappeared from the list of pending loans. Anyone got an allocation or did it get pulled? And then there were four. Doesn't seem so long ago that there were 30 listed.

I arranged to transfer my Zopa ISA out to a cash ISA elsewhere, but nowts happened! the money is in there to keep the Zopa ISA live. I read it may take an age to get transferred, poss mid February but I cant find that info again. ? anyone completed the zopa ISA transfer out yet? The sale was only completed and final money made available last Friday so I only initiated my transfer then.

There has been a few recent land registry alerts for the first loan in the pending list.... They did say the second in the list would be next but that still doesn't look ready.

I have been asked to take the investors appropriateness test 3 times today (I took it twice). Get a grip LendingWorks. In any event we are withdrawers not investors because you have told us to get lost.

My thoughts as well. The email also said £15,824.28. What big shares we will get of this.

I often find CP emails in spam. I try to teach gmail that these are important by ticking the arrow (which turns the arrow yellow).

Two of the defaults with receivers have had the property removed by the agent, can only be a good sign. That still leaves one more for me.
On another note, I notice the 3 monthly update prior to maturity has quietly taken a back seat, not impressed with that. A lot going on but either do it or communicate you're not doing it any more.
Are these the loans in N*****y?

Anyone have an idea when the next loan may go live? It seems to have been quite some time since the last offerings. Doncaster, Aberystwyth and Peterborough prepped for release by end of next week. There is no valuation for Peterborough so that seems a bit optimistic.

What I don't understand about AC is that every time a new loan is issued they give me an allocation to access accounts. I don't have any uninvested cash because surplus funds were returned to cash which I withdrew. So where does this money come from.

Perhaps Proplend are becoming uncompetitive in the market for loans. There were about thirty listed in the Summer. Assetz have upped their game. Interest rates may soften. I think this was hinted at by the CEO in the Financial Thing webinar recently.
