I cancelled my auto-lend pledge by email on Monday. Very quick and polite in their reply.

There are 6 projects next week the first 2 of which are for more than £1m.
Any guesses/estimates for the percentages to be allocated to the first two for Sc********* (£1.1m) and L******* (£1.2m)?
I try to spread my risk over different projects (and over different platforms) so am a little nervous at leaving my "Autoinvest set at too high an amount".
I wouldn't like to hazard a guess as to the percentage autoinvest will get on these. When I was in a similar position to you I would attempt to make manual bids for the amount I wanted with a view to cancelling any auto allocation if it was over my threshold (you have 24 hours to cancel auto allocations). As it turned out the auto allocations were so small that I just let them ride. How do you cancel auto-allocations - by phone?

The expected losses stress test, assuming property values fall 30%, is 5% for tranch C, 2% for tranch B and 0% for tranch A. This would result in an average annual average interest rate after losses of 6.35% for tranch C, 7.04% for tranch B, and 6.85% for tranch A. Of 123 loans funded between 2014 and 2020 only one has so far resulted in a loss, to tranch B investors.
Ace you beat me to it!

Can anyone tell me whether the self-select portion of this loan has been allocated yet? I'm trying to work out whether I have missed out on the auto-lend allocation of tranche B and thus to withdraw the funds I have on deposit which I had planned to use to fund the loan. Auto-lend is no longer showing the loan as an option, but the loan is not shown as in funding, so maybe the allocation is being run now even though it was meant to take place on Monday? The self select portions have been allocated. I received an email this morning detailing my allotment and that the loan is fully funded and awaiting drawdown..

Proplend told me you couldn't buy your own loan. Something to do with the ISA regulations I think.

My third ISA transfer from RateSetter still hasn't moved, things are very slow, the first two went reasonably quickly, anyone else still waiting? Steve I'm still waiting. I phoned them and they said to allow 30 days. I replied that's about now then, to which they replied no 30 working days.

Two storage yard loans still overdue. I assume these are all the same lender.

I'm currently lending primarily through my ISA, but I have added a small sum via the classic account. Yesterday I received £25 for both. Is this because it was split, or do I get two full allocations this way?
