Has anyone found the "master terms" mentioned in the terms for the early bird offers? I find the wording of the early bird offers ambiguous. Do you have to put in £5,000 at the offset (and possibly, based on the mention of a Trust Account, no ever lend it out), or can you build up to £5,000 over time, whereupon the clock starts? No You dont have to invest (last bullet point under offers) Ive emailed them with a couple of queries and alerted them to this thread. Still debating on the offers as quite a lot of it seems a bit vague - fees, min invest in loans, how likely is £100 to be achieved? Too much ambiguity in the early bird offers imo. For instance , to qualify for the Silver award it says in the email that the £5,000 can be held as cash, but then in the Offer Terms in says : ------------------------------------------------------------------------- To become a Founder Investor for the Silver Offer and entitled to receive the applicable Reward, an Investor must meet the following conditions:
For the Qualifying Period the Investor must maintain a combined total of not less than £5,000 held or utilised in either:
1. The Trust Account;
2. Committed Loan Offers made on the Peer Funding Platform; or
3. Active Loan Transactions made on the Peer Funding Platform. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
TBH , I don't even know what the "Trust Account" is ?? I can't see a definition or explanation anywhere ?? Does anyone know ?

..... I just sent back the duplicate amount and no harm done. Sure, no harm done at the end of the day, but it's pretty shoddy book-keeping by SS, and hardly gives you confidence in their back office. What will their next cock-up be

Received two emails from SS this afternoon regarding "Duplicate loan part sales" for PBL096
Here is one of them :
"I am sorry to report that we have found a glitch in our system that has double credited your account for the sale of loan part ID 341605 for £364.
You can verify that this duplicate credit took place on 15/06/2016 via your account statement. We will be cancelling this duplicate credit from your account at 5pm tomorrow.
If you have any queries regarding this please contact us.
Kind regards,
The Saving Stream Team"
It does indeed look like the sale of the loan part credited my account twice on 15/06/2016, but I find it hard to believe that I didn't notice this at the time. I have an uneasy feeling about this. Why has it taken SS so long to pick this up if it was indeed a "glitch" as they say ?
Has anyone else received any emails like this one ? Thanks.

Does anyone know what the story is with this loan ?? There has been a whopping 400k sat on the SM for quite a while and nobody seems remotely interested ??
Is there something I'm missing here - I strongly suspect the answer is "yes" !!

And back to 123k. What's the deal with this?! Thats a good question. It seems that every time the SM gets back to zero, someone dumps on a further 100k or so. Also it doesn't seem to be SS doing the dumping either (or is it ) , because right now the actual sale queue is the same as the amount on the SM. Mmm unusual price action to say the least ??

The queue came down to around 75k and then someone dumped another 50k so the queue is well over 100k again, but reducing quite rapidly. Thus sure is a volatile beast.

Yesterday evening this loan did go up to 151K available but by this morning it was back down to 86K, now at 80K it is coming down steadily. It now also has the highest number of investors at 2898. Might call it the most popular loan but then again it is the largest so far. 😀 That gives an average loan per investor of close to £2,500 . I haven't checked all the others , but that may well be the highest. Anyone know ?

The sale queue is currently £ 111k so that 100k dump onto the SM looks like it was genuine.

Someone has just taken a 42k bite out of DFL004 to take in off the SM completely.
Annoying because I was hoping to pick up a few quid of that !!

Click "my loans" then (a bit lower on the screen) "live loanparts" and then "selling loanparts" then click on one of the loans u r selling, and you will see how much is queued up ahead of you.

Could someone please tell me when the last "General Update" email was sent out ? Thanks.
I'm just asking because the latest one I have is dated 17/06/2016 , and from this thread it sounds as if a more recent update email has been sent out, which I have not received (and neither has my wife who also has an SS account).

Following up on this, I was wondering if anyone knew what the new cap is on the 30DAA and QAA accounts ? I assume it is still a combined cap, but I'm not even sure of that.
Thanks
