Ah, I assumed they notified us of all loans. This one was for £1000, so that explains it. I'll have to check the site more often - just in case!

Thanks alison! I got the last bit. I don't remember seeing an email about it, nor was it posted in the forthcoming loans thread on this board.

I can see the link on my own loan parts to put them up for sale. But I can't see anywhere to purchase any for sale by others. Unless they just appear as a percentage available on the Live Loans page?

How will prioritisation of sales for loans which MT still hold a chunk (i.e. recenely launched loans) be handled ? Presumably for other selllers it will always be first in (the queue to sell), first out; but will MT always be at the front of the queue ? Evening. MT will always be at the back of the queue. (Queue is ordered by time listed). Regards, Ed. Am I just being thick? How do I access the SM? ?

I don't think I'll bother putting any money into AR for the container loan. I'm not likely to get anything. ablrateandy why do you advertise the loans to all your investors, when they have little chance to get a share: you might as well just tell the one or two with deep pockets who will fill it themselves???

Well that was disappointing. The website was extremely slow to refresh. When it did, the loan was 61% filled. I clicked to invest and was told that my maximum investment was -£21,000. So the money I had transferred in will be going straight over the MT where I stand a chance of getting something invested. :-(

We have made further changes to the Secondary Market, accommodating some of the feedback we have received from our investors directly and via the forum. The changes are as follows; 1. Investors will be prohibited from placing investments on the secondary market which show a negative effective rate. An error message will be displayed when placing the sale requesting the seller to reduce the premium if the effective rate is negative. 2. Investments which currently show a negative effective rate on the secondary market have been removed. Investors will need to start the sale process again. I guess these changes haven't worked as planned as there are currently five loans showing with negative effective rates.

I was selling chunks of 100-200 in almost all my loans around 11pm last night and they were disappearing. By the time I listed last one everything was gone. Thanks - I think I bought some of those

As per an earlier request in this thread - we have also made the settings for the secondary market "sticky" so your choice of number of records to view is retained. FundingSecure Quick work - thank you!

fundingsecure would it be possible to make user settings 'sticky', please? For example, I selected to display 100 entries in the list. Every time I refresh, I have to select it again. Similarly with the column I have chosen to sort on. It would be much better to retain the selected settings. Thank you!

I think it's a rounding issue. I had the same problem when I tried to invest my full balance in a loan - it said I didn't have enough funds. I reduced it by 1p and it was accepted.

Following the launch of PBL65, I have tried to pick up a few other loan parts on the SM. I have clicked on a loan with some availability and entered my amount. When I click on the 'Invest' button, nothing happens. I've logged out and back in, and tried about 6 different loans. Am I the only one this is happening to??? I'm quite frustrated as I've lost out on some nice loans I would have liked to add to my portfolio. :-( Edit: That was Chrome on Windows 10. I've just tried on the MS Edge browser and that's working. Same thing happened to me and then finally the screen updated with a message that other users had funded ahead of me in the queue and there was now none left! I guess that means SS have built in some form of mechanism to prevent over-funding of loan parts in the SM as happened with the old site On Edge, it goes straight to a spinny circle and then (eventually) tells me whether or not I was successful. On Chrome, it's as if the button isn't doing anything.
