Thank you for your questions! All numbers referring to our business are stated in EUR. This year we expect higher growth within the VIA SMS Group companies as in 2016 group has launched several new products - SAVA.card, VIA SPAR, and VIA KREDIT. Net portfolio mainly refers to the loans issued, as this traditionally has been the main business of the company. By the loan returning rate, we understand retention rate. About the Czech Republic - we operate there since 2010. Above you can see most of the answers I already provided previously. Could you please specify what do you mean by 5th question? Kindest regards, Simona www.viainvest.com+371 66102939 You can tell how desperate I am to find Euro platforms that I am reverting yet a "£$%^&* gain Looking at your numbers: 1 1M registered customers, 288M loans. Is this 288M€ ? yes when we wrote 288M loans we intended to write 280M€ and we have now fixed the website2 revenue up 56% between 2012 and 2016, but net portfolio up 20%. Please explain afaik you haven't covered this3 revenue up 56% between 2012 and 2016, but growth in 2016 expected 23%, which appears to suggest things have been going comparatively slowly 2012-5, is that right? new products increased turnover4 I don't understand loan returning rate 75%, retention rate by which I think you mean borrowers returning for another loan is that right?5 Also how much are the borrowers paying please? afaik you haven't covered this I mean what rates of interest6 How long have you been operating in CZ? since 20107 What can you tell us about your default rates in CZ? afaik you haven't covered this8 Which company in the group makes the guarantee? sort of the parent VIA-SMS group but I can't find this other than your telling me - I'd like to see the promise in the T&C please I want to add number 9 please - is there any sign of new regulation in CZ which would reduce your market or margins (I'm thinking of wonga in UK)

Today the site says There are no loans available for investment at the moment
What is this? Ultra pickiness, mispricing, giving up on the platform?

Sorry Simona, genuinely I am sorry because I am in need of Euro platforms, but if you can't answer questions I can't invest. As you asked which company will give guarantees and if you could see the reports on this company, I provided an answer that in case of loan originator default all obligations will be assumed by VIA SMS Group. All financial reports on the company can be found on VIA SMS Group homepage or Nasdaq Riga webpage (http://www.nasdaqbaltic.com/market/?instrument=LV0000802064&list=1&pg=details&tab=reports). What kind of additional information do you need? Kindest regards, Simona www.viainvest.com+371 66102939 Looking at your numbers: 1 1M registered customers, 288M loans. Is this 288M€ ? 2 revenue up 56% between 2012 and 2016, but net portfolio up 20%. Please explain 3 revenue up 56% between 2012 and 2016, but growth in 2016 expected 23%, which appears to suggest things have been going comparatively slowly 2012-5, is that right? 4 I don't understand loan returning rate 75%, pls explain 5 Also how much are the borrowers paying please? 6 How long have you been operating in CZ? 7 What can you tell us about your default rates in CZ? 8 Which company in the group makes the guarantee?

As I already mentioned, no company can foresee all possible scenarios of force majeure, but if this very unlikely scenario happens VIA SMS Group guarantees to accomplish its (or its daughter companies') commitments to investors. Kindest regards, Simona www.viainvest.com+371 66102939 Sorry Simona, genuinely I am sorry because I am in need of Euro platforms, but if you can't answer questions I can't invest.

Re the Virgin Media Loan, what is different to this 'loan', as opposed to a 'bond', and what does the '+3.5%' mean? L+3.5% means LIBOR+3.5% (interbank lending rate currently 0.38%) so 3.88% total. The good news being if interest rates go up then the rate earned on this will go up as well.

I was employed within the Oil & Gas Industry as a final stage Process Testing/Commissioning engineer for 12 years.........\ Personal comment, in conclusion: A combination of proven technology's, leading manufactures both participating in Biomas, manufacturer participating at UK hook-up site. Experienced end client (Abundances Applicant). Would I be happy to specify this equipment? Yes. OK you persuaded me. I'll be knocking on your door if it goes wrong...

Looked at your results now. www.nasdaqbaltic.com/upload/reports/vias/2016_q2_en_eur_con_ias.pdf2016q1-2 bad debt provision 34% of turnover with an additional 11% overdue. 2015 26%. crikey You might have heard the biggest payday loan company in UK, Wonga. When government intervened to regulate their business they had terrible problems; the concern is of course that your company might suffer the same problems and in that case you might have to write loans off but no longer have the income to deliver on your guarantee to us.

About the Czech Republic - we operate there since 2010. As an investor you should not be concerned about default rates as all loans listed are secured with a Buyback Guarantee and these rates does not affect investors' income. The Buyback Guarantee is given at a particular loan level and refers to the obligations the loan originator has towards the investor. I hope I gave proper answers to your questions! Kindest regards, Simona www.viainvest.com+371 66102939 re q1 the point is your web page doesn't say 288M€ it just says 288M loans I don't understand The Buyback Guarantee is given at a particular loan level and refers to the obligations the loan originator has towards the investor. If you mean that viainvest are giving the guarantee yes I understand that. As the other poster says we want to be able to believe that the guarantee is affordable for you, and we also want to understand your marketplace. p2p is like that, good investors ask a lot of questions.\ Would you mind trying the questions 1 by 1 please.

Anyone familiar with housing markets other than those in overheated South East would understand this business. Here in the North East it is not uncommon for normal houses to fail to sell over several months. Where a house is repossessed the Bank may have little interest in maximizing a property value so a sale at Auction could provide substantially less than the 80% potentially offered here. While I do not wish to defend this company or it's practices, I find it more repugnant that the near extinction of the welfare safety net drives people into its clutches. No I understand 20% discount, silly me for believ ing the 80%. But tell me why wouldn't a bank want to maximize the value?

The My Investments page isn't showing me anything My starter for 1K is now at 72% after 4 weeks Makes one wonder why you are stuck on 72% while someone else leaps from 40% to 91% in one day. Did you get anything this morning? 7 today £210, of which 6 are invoice discounting
