See you in 6 months But as usual FC provide us no insight. Can someone educate me on what this all means for the next 6 months? It means that FC are going to be receiving another letter from me in the next few days asking a few rather pertinent and potentially embarrassing (for FC) questions. Once I've got my thoughts in order, I shall post a redacted copy here for everyone to enjoy.

It seems that the overdue B######ll Heights Cumbria 2 has repaid today, although there's no sign of the 70+ days of penalty interest yet. The equally late B######ll Heights Cumbria 3 is still outstanding

That's not the smoking gun. Re-read the loan description and then consider FC on the end of a toasting fork. I am awaiting the report with interest and will enjoy cross referencing it with other now defunct companies. All that money gone faster than you can say due diligence.
Note to FC: until you return our money I shall enjoy being the grit in your oyster.
Bring on the truth, we are all waiting.
Love Andy

I'm impressed, only 4 days after my previous post the FC rapid response team has provided an update. Hands up everyone who reads it and thinks it was written in direct reply to my post!

Another one for FC's dictionary corner, what does Imminent mean?
It's nice to know another property loan is receiving the scrutiny and feedback for which FC is famous.

Dont worry Roger, the general lending public are not deterred by trivialities like non payment or overall viability.

It isn't a total dissent blackout, you just need to make sure that you phrase your posting as a question to the borrower, that way it complies with their rules.
For example they have retained my question from this morning..
They did however take exception to my pseudo-question this afternoon which I am happy to reinstate here
All it said was. "Is there anybody out there, or is everyone busy at FC's Thursday afternoon Complacency Club?". How could anyone take offence at what we all know sums up the position? No sense of humour some people.
People still seem happy to buy despite targeted criticism in the questions, they brought on £452,275 in five and a half hours.

The first tranche of the relisting is now available (41970) for anyone wishing to reward this delinquent borrower with rate of 8%. I won't be bothering myself.

I imagine the Administrators are having a struggle and FC are crossing their fingers that the property will originally cover the outstanding debt which it almost certainly won't. At that point it's twitchy bum time for FC execs as they will have to account for the material misrepresentations made by FC in the loan listing document and subsequently to borrowers.
I'm really looking forward to how FC will try to wriggle out of this situation. I hope they will have the sense to repay borrowers otherwise there may be many of us forming a queue at the doors of Messers Sue Grabbitt & Run.

You may well be right, not for the first time it's rather ambiguous. I think the word yet is what led me to my previous conclusion. Looking at it again I think the first sentence is rather confusing too, surely it should say yesterday's comment?
