So finding someone to buy a D rating at 6.8% is definitely not the norm!
Well shiver my timbers, another two have just sold with a 3% premium. Is everyone still hungover?

I've built up a decent range of loans over the last 18 months but due to Funting Carts pulling the plug on the auctions (oh how I miss the excitement of grabbing a slice of the action just before the end of the auction at 0.1-0.2% below maximum), I'm now concentrating on property loans with CB and have started to look into the SM to sell some older SMEs. This seemed like a good weekend to start, with no PM and the autobid slush fund building up nicely over the bank holiday.
[rhetorical mode]Do I take it that selling a D rating with a 3% premium (buyer rate 6.8%) within ten minutes is not the norm then? [/rhetorical mode]

15694, 15789 and 16202 to follow shortly? At least they all had 1% CB. 15578 had 1% cashback that was the point of my post! ie it all adds up to a very good return if you can reinvest I was agreeing jayjay - it's the early settlers without CB that are disappointing. Here's hoping that the remaining three tranches will go likewise (return >12%) and that we get a few decent CBs next year.

It's a relative trivial bug to fix in their database query..... but I don't suppose it's going to happen in a hurry. However, there is a relatively simple way of looking up the Loan Part to Auction ID etc. For those like me who have a large Excel spreadsheet, this may be of interest:-
First, download your loan part data, open in Excel, save as a csv file and close the file:
Summary page My Loan Parts | More Detail | Export loan parts Open with Excel | <OK> File | Save As | X:\YYY\ZZZ.csv e.g. c:\temp\FCloanparts.csv File | Close
Next lookup the Loan Part from within your spreadsheet (assume the Loan Part in which you are interested is in cell A2 of your spreadsheet):
Loan Title =VLOOKUP(A2,'c:\temp\[FCloanparts.csv]FCloanparts'!$A:$I,2) Auction ID =VLOOKUP(A2,'c:\temp\[FCloanparts.csv]FCloanparts'!$A:$I,3) … Status =VLOOKUP(A2,'c:\temp\[FCloanparts.csv]FCloanparts'!$A:$I,9)
Merry Christmas everyone.

Shocking! I actually shifted a fair bit overnight. Now all I need is a nice bit of juicy CB today to chuck it at .... Empty loan board, Christmas week and you're hoping for cashback, well I suppose that there's nothing wrong with being optimistic. Historically, Christmas, New Year and Easter were a time of Feasting Copiously with F***all Cashback at Fawlty Castle.
