All going well for me apart from my continued issue with 441. 10% across GBBA 1 & 2 for me and my other half. Just about everything else is around 5/6% or below. Then this morning in one of my larger portfolios over the last 8 hours all my transactions related to 441, sold some, then exchanged to buy some back and then selling some again? 2 Sales £2.30 2 exchanges to buy £13.70 2 Sales £2.60 Just seems a little strange, but i do appreciate the IT is working with everyone's portfolios. I appreciate small amounts but it is the reasons behind it. To be fair the loan itself is not too bad in comparison to some others but is still a large chunk of my overall portfolios. 441 outstanding amount does appear to be reducing so please can Assetz attract at least another £5m onto GBBA2 to start reducing my issues on this loan!

Lots of selling at this time of year re getting money out for either tax issues or ISA. Not sure though if this is more than normal, probably linked into various platform issues.

Surely, the "...'majority'..." already have exactly what you are suggesting. The differing rates on offer reflect whether you want your withdrawals immediately or in 30 days time! Good point. Personaly I prefer MLA and GBBA while others prefer QAA and 30 day ac, that is why I like AC, as you can chose what mix you want.

No problem mentioning but cash is in ready to go. It is nearly all small beer stuff but a little unusual. So much going on with GBBA changes and people buying/selling and reorganising ISA''s I bet the IT is a little under pressure

Anyone else with loan requests in their ISA MIA sitting there awaiting to purchase when funds are available? I have about a dozen requests either not filled or partly filled all with 'units available', appreciate they are mostly less than £100. 1 though has £18k available. I put the requests on at least 24 hours ago.
I presume the money available is possibly being used by AC elsewhere eg tfs between GBBA type accounts?

I am sure if the 'majority' want a far more 'proactive paying' PF then Assetz could happily stop GBBA2 and set up GBBA3 at 3%. That is not a suggestion!

GBBA2 improved overnight as mentioned had nothing invested from cash for about 8/9 hours but now about half in the system.

I hope the loans can be 'sold off' (given) to other platform(s) keeps administration costs down. As been said before most platforms have an agreement with another platform to 'help' out in these situations (appreciate saying in blurb could be different to reality), if this is the case it would be more positive. My concern here is Administrator costs and if there is any money here to move this forward. We may have to forgo some interest to cover their costs to run (if we get any interest)? happy to give some of my interest to keep it ticking over as long as they use it appropriately! You never know there may be some of us retired folk who can do some community service to help!

Re ISA element the way I see it is if a loan goes bad outside an ISA for say £100 you can offset that against other interest income (depending on what your other income is) in my case technically I would only only lose £80. If you lose that £100 in an ISA you can't offset and I would lose £100. I appreciate it is not a simple as this but give or take.
For me I use MLA in and out of ISA so I may be a little bit more bullish outside ISA and probably safer (residential less than 70% commercial less than 60% and almost no second charges). In itself this can be a challenge as everyone else does the same thing! Most of my cash will end up in the GBBA2 as hopefully most losses will be covered.

All live and set up my requests. Now just have to hope i can buy some . with a bit of luck with all the buying and selling going on especially with possible sales of loans/GBBA accounts before April 5 ISA time (as normal at this time of year) they will hopefully start filling nicely over next month or so. We all have to be a little more cautious with purchases in ISA as not tax allowable if they go wrong so may need to review my limits a little over next few weeks.

Manual loan on IFISA just started so that should prove interesting with regard to diversification as lots of people move cash about to set purchase limits. eg I am selling a lot of GBBA2 to hopefully purchase units in manual loans.

Not sure 441 is working well?
10% on both my portfolios today, end of last week was about 8%. Interesting thing is most other larger loans have reduced dramatically to about 5% (I had a number of loans between 7 & 10%). 441 does have £700k outstanding though which probably makes a difference.
Generally happy with new system so far.

In line with my new 100 day policy for most loans, I just listed a car part on the SM and it went in seconds. Yea, I should have added a premium.... Must make sure I change my policy for a day earlier 😀

Happy so far with this.
One quite well diversified portfolio reduced my top 5 holdings by 1.5% and more specifically one very poor diversified top 5 by 22%!

Better than some but you will probably have to be quick because although I will not top up I am renewing like possibly a lot of others.
