These are all pretty minor things, experience has been very smooth so far: 1) On login, default to showing the ISA dashboard instead of the Classic dashboard for accounts that only use the ISA account. This would save me half a second of panic every time I log in because my eyes wander to the initial "On loan: £0.00" value from the Classic account and has me wondering where all my money went. It also saves me a whole mouse-click after every logon. 2) Display of current percentage return. I see that carol167 previously requested this. I'd really just like to know the "weighted average rate on [my] current loan book". I could work it out myself if the loan book was downloadable via csv or similar but I didn't spot that option. 3) Ability to perform ISA transfers into Lending Works without needing to post back a paper form. I've done paperless transfers between two cash ISAs recently so I know (at least some) banks/building societies can accept electronic transfer instructions. I just hate paperwork and that is a (small-ish) barrier to me making future transfers.

I haven't made any withdrawal requests, but today I saw a lump of money move from the promotional rate account to regular 30DAA. Did anyone hear back from AC as to the cause?
Edit: Doh - looks like it just hit 90 days...

Is there a way to see browse all loans on ablrate? I know I can navigate to loan details by clicking 'Trade' from SM listings, but that doesn't work for paused or completed loans I think.

As a test, I just unticked the renew box for one of the CSP***N loans and then pressed "renew all" again. I see the column sort order change (confirming my button press), but the renew box was not ticked...

Hmm, I assumed that the "renew all" button would tick all boxes in the renew column, but it didn't tick the boxes that were in the CSP***N range. Is that intentional? Manually ticking them seems to have worked.

I think Z,RS,FC,AC & L will all operate inhouse IFISA's Not sure about the others but AC (will) use Goji for their IFISA.

Just tried sorting the online banking access ........... and sure enough it transpires they have posted me a password form under separate cover which I then have to fill in and return. THEN they send me a Web ID and the card thingy......... Apparently I will be able to change that password online (considering I will have just sent it to someone I don't know) ...... I signed up for that Coventry ISA online recently too. After applying for the account there was a separate "register for online services" web form to fill out here. So I think it's possible to arrange it all online without posting passwords to people: www.coventrybuildingsociety.co.uk/onlineservices/manage/OLS_ApplyDetails.aspxThough it does seem a tad excessive that they then sent me 6 separate letters through the post just to open a single account.

This is exactly why we will not be rushing in to offering an IFISA. Our priority now is to build loan origination so that when we do offer the IFISA there will be enough loans to satisfy demand. For me, the availability of an ISA is more important than an uptick in origination. I'm at or near my self-imposed platform limit so I'm only looking to re-invest interest rather than to invest a lot more. The tax-saving afforded by an ISA is really significant: a 12% loan is only 7.2% after tax. And if there was a bed-and-ISA feature that would be just perfect. Congrats on your FCA approval!

Just seen the Loans being repaid tomorrow, BPF562, BPF574 & BPF598 Sandbanks, so the funds are going to need a new home... Cheers for the heads up, someone actually bought mine so it's just found a home in the latest Manchester tranche! What is the benefit to they buyer? They're not going to earn any interest by holding these loans for less than a day are they?

I emailed RS about this and got the following response "In accordance with a new security protocol we have instigated the website will no longer remember login details. We realise that some customers may find this change unwelcome, but we feel this is a necessary step we must take in order to ensure we continue to meet the highest standards of online security. We apologise for any inconvenience."

The thing I'm really hoping for when the MoneyThing ISA is launched is an easy way to transfer loans from my existing account to the ISA one. A kind of "sell to self" operation. I'd be a bit wary of doing that manually due to the speed that loan parts are often bought on the SM. I gather Lending Works won't offer a transfer-to-ISA feature, but because their mode of operation is quite different to MT I keep my fingers crossed that it might be possible on MT.

... I was with zopa during the tsunami of bad debt in 2008, and yes I received less interest but I lost no capital. And remember those were the days when you couldn't off set bad debt against tax... Bit of an aside, but can anyone point me towards info on when/what changed regarding offseting bad debt against tax? Thanks! Edit: Found myself the answer here... I have no proof that there are bots on MT, but the thought has crossed by mind over the past few days. Several times I have gone to the invest page but by the time I've entered the amount to invest and clicked 'invest', it's no longer available. It could of course be someone selling to themselves or other people just happened to be manually refreshing the page and I've just been unlucky.
When I joined MT, the fact that I could obtain stuff on the secondary market was quite important to me: it meant I could diversify across a selection of loans relatively quickly without needing to wait for new loans to originate. My main use of secondary market now is to reinvest interest payments.
Just thinking out loud: I wonder if MT could add an "auto-buy" feature. If I have uninvested money in my account, could I perhaps select loads A,B,C,D and if any of them come up for sale on the SM, then have the platform execute an automatic buy on them? How to fairly divvy-up the amount for sale to all the interested buyers could be awkward I admit.

I notice there are some £0.00 entries in the Recent Investments list. How is that possible?
Not sure I should post examples here, but I saved the details if needed.
