I withdrew £500 from my Assetz IFSA and my current year remaining subscription limit is displayed as £20,500, meaning I can replace the £500 before starting on this year's 20k allowance. If I read you right, the £500 was invested in a previous tax year. While you can certainly draw it out, putting it back in this year will reduce this year's allowance. This year's subscription limit should never show as >£20,000, should it chris ? trium is correct because AC IFISA is "flexible". Not all ISAs are flexible. In a non-flexible ISA, you would be correct that any money added would reduce the current year's allowance. That's the difference between flexible and non-flexible ISAs.

Speculative possibile explainations of message (depending on what you may have done with your account recently):
- you had (or have) an ISA with RateSetter which you're in the process of transferring elsewhere (and they block withdrawals to avoid a possible race condition where you attempt a one-off withdrawal just as they transfer the funds to the new ISA provider). Ah, I recently did a partial ISA transfer out, so perhaps the block wasn't lifted following the completion of this transfer last month. Time to hit up customer support. Many thanks for your thoughts. Customer support have now lifted the block. Pretty quick response.

Following an early repayment, I seem unable to withdraw money (reinvestment setting was: to holding account). The expected "One-Off Withdrawal" button is missing from the Withdrawal page and instead it shows these seemingly implausible messages: Is this normal?

How do I determine if AC cashback and refer a friend bonuses are taxable? Some other platforms clearly list refer a friend payments as taxable (e.g. RS, Zopa), but I don't see an explicit mention of this for AC.
The AC tax statement clearly lists interest as taxable with the note that "This is the amount of money that you may have to declare and pay tax on in your HMRC Tax Return" and whilst the tax statement does make mention of other income there is no corresponding similar note. Classing it as "income" does kind of imply that it is subject to income tax though.

I'm impressed. I've had some loan parts up for sale for over a year, stuck in a queue with multiple £10k's ahead of me. Re-listed them at a small discount and they've been bought in about 1 minute.

Terms received via email. No indication that they will be added to website. Hopefully they will be added at some point...

I contacted customer support on Monday and they said they'd email me the IFISA T&Cs. I haven't received them yet, so will have to chase them up...

Am I allowed to transfer my 16/17 IFISA to a different, brand new, cash ISA this year? Or must I wait until 18/19 in order not to 'contribute' (despite half of it being last years' money) to two different cash ISAs in the same year? You can do this so long as you initiate the transfer by using the receiving ISAs "transfer in" form. Using this method for old ISAs means that it will not count towards your current year's contributions. Do not move the money yourself otherwise that would count as contributing to two cash ISAs within the same year.

Santander just started offering an instant access cash ISA at 1.5% (not a flexible ISA). On their sign-up page they have a specific document for initiating transfers from IFISAs, so that would seem an easy avenue for transfers out of IFISAs

I only have an ISA account. My January interest looks right: the amount I get if I calculate it myself, the amount on the January statement and the amount I get by totting up all the individual interest payments from the account history all agree with each other.
The trickiest thing was finding where to download the January statement: it's tucked under a heading of "Financial year 2019 to 2020". By my reckoning we're still in tax year 2018-19.

As far as I'm aware, blocking the loading of external images shouldn't cause any issues in receiving our weekly emails. Please would you send your details to our Customer Experience team at cs@lendingworks.co.uk and they should be able to resolve this for you? CS have fixed it. Something weird to do with transition away from MailChimp apparently. Thanks to df for mentioning the existence of these. I simply had no idea I was missing out...

Email? What email?! I have a tick next to the 'Email preferences' setting my Lendingworks account, but didn't receive this. Matthew , for privacy I have my email client set to not automatically load external images. Has this lead to my email address getting labelled as 'unengaged' and am I therefore missing out on updates?
