So if I buy a few bits on the SM (literally bits - sub£1 - not a lot about) can I rely on this months interest paying for it? - someone beat me to the juicier bits - several times!

Hundreds of new joiners a day? I would suggest to read the real data before writing things which are totally wrong. Yes SS has a good growth rate and an increasing customer base. But let's not introduce totally non existent data. Link to the thread. So that's Hundreds every week then. And (imho) that is a good thing, steady growth in investor numbers combined with steady growth in loan originations, not too fast and not too slow. Of course reality is that both likely experience peaks and troughs. Brian

Is it possible to have interest paid into another account, say the cash account? If not, it wouldn't ever be possible to zero the 30D account, as each time you got paid interest, it would earn another 30 days before you got it out, in a never ending spiral into smaller and smaller fractions. on my dashboard at least it is possible, click on "On Repayment" and the usual options box comes up just press deisred button. (I have about 50p in account, so maybe this doesn't show till you have funds) HTH Brian

A slightly different funny: I just moved £100 from Cash Account to MLIA, which has succeeded. However, looking in the transaction log, it say £100 has gone into 30 Day account (7), even though it has actually gone into MLIA - I assume it really means QAA ... Dermot I have a large sum (for me anyways :-) ) in the QAA, however Dashboard graphic shows it as split 50/50n between QAA and 30 day access. Brian

Walked away. Being p...ed by numerous small annoyances like dead cash. And who would be able to convince us that dead cash didn't serve a purpose every now and than, whenever needed. To fill hard-to-fill big loans, for example. Dumped on the SM next day. Millions of transactions everyday and millions of cash floating- who's to check. FCA surely? isn't client nmoney supposed to be seperate and ringfenced? Brian

If it wasn't for the Revolution, Americans would now be speaking English. Er, that is true surely? (as opposed to "American English")
