Mods..if this shouldnt be here, move it please received 16.25 23/02/21 The delay in considering your complaint Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in deferring your complaint and for any distress or inconvenience this may have caused. In view of the late deferral of your complaint and the amount of time you have had to wait so far, I would like to offer you an ex-gratia payment of £50. I would be grateful if you could let me know by 12 March 2021 if you would like to accept this payment. If you require further time to consider this please let me know. Im presuming many others have received this..any thoughts or comments please ? Only £50? I gotgoffered considerably more than that. I wonder what they use to determine the offer? Length of time since complaint made? Compensation requested? Amount invested?

I've complained that it's been over a year since I made my complaint. I just got the same delaying response as everyone else.

From today's monthly email:
"The total estimated write-downs for the entire book by the end of the wind-down period is c.5% (which we feel is best expressed as a percentage of client balances in May 2019, and ignoring the interest that may have been received already on those loans)."
Does this mean that the originally targeted return of 8% before taxes and costs is now expected to be only 3% (and then costs and taxes will be deducted from that) ?

You'd have thought, now they're a bank, they'd have to have a working website where people can access their accounts. Unable to login this morning - again.

Can Lendy administrators not issue some tax statements? I'm sure they could - at £500 an hour

Lies, damned lies, and the financial services (and legal) industry.

I stopped reinvesting when safeguard stopped, and sold my few Plus loans apart from 2 which were having problems but now seem to be ok again. I'm just withdrawing what's being paid back, on a monthly basis. About £2k remaining out of an initial £12k investment.

As this scheme winds down so the potential defaults are growing to the point where my predicted write-offs are nearly 40% of my all time actual interest received. Write offs, recoveries and watchlists are still growing as the windup progresses so I'm sure that there's more bad news to come. I'm still hoping to make something, but not anything like as much as hoped for. Will be keen to see how much I actually make after 3+ years of investment.
