Hi ingwer, We're still waiting for legals to complete, but should be any day now. As always, we'll only allow a loan to be drawn down when we have everything in place and legals are happy. I'll let you know as soon as it's completed. Many thanks, Gordon

To be fair, the front page blurb does say "....the company is currently in receivership but....". Not sure when that was added though. Hi michaelc, That was always on the loan listing. Many thanks, Gordon

Afternoon mrclondon, We are more than happy to put all the relevant links you are talking about on the loan listing itself. If you PM or email the links to me, I will add them to the listing for every investor to see. Our attitude is that Collateral, the investors and the borrowers are in it together, we try to be as transparent and open as possible. We have now invited investors to meet with ourselves and a borrower at a site on two occasions and we have already had a productive meeting with investors at our offices. This in itself shows our willingness to work together. As usual, your feedback is appreciated. Many thanks, Gordon

Morning,
We have a new loan (split into 4 parts) being added to the platform. This loan is offering interest at a rate of 12%, plus a Cashback Incentive.
As before we appreciate liquidity maybe an issue. So we have decided to reduce the loan amounts and split into 4 parts, which we hope will also help the Secondary Market.
CASHBACK INCENTIVE ON THIS LOAN
Any purchase made whilst the Primary Market is active receives cashback.
Any purchase made whilst the Secondary Market is active, does not receive cashback.
Cashback will be paid to investors the day after drawdown.
Cashback is calculated on the combined amount across all 4 loan parts of BL00079.
For Investments of £0.00 - £4,999.99 – 0.25% Cashback For Investments of £5,000.00 - £9,999.99 – 0.5% Cashback For Investments of £10,000.00 - £24,999.99 – 1.0% Cashback For Investments of £25,000.00 - £49,999.99 – 2.0% Cashback For Investments of £50,000.00 - £99,999.99 – 3.0% Cashback For Investments of £100,000.00 + – 4.0% Cashback
1-4) Property/Land Loan - (4 loan parts) Interest P/A - 12% Loan value of £1,460,000 (4 x £365,000) with a valuation £2,100,000 LTV - 69.52%. Loan Term - 6 months Bid Limit - None
You will see these loans in Available Loans - these loans offer interest at a rate of 12% per annum.
Many thanks,
Gordon

Morning ingwer , We haven't fixed a date or place to meet. Any investor interested in meeting up, please email in at info@collateraluk.com and we will work out the time and place, but it will be in the North West area. Obviously we will have to manage the number of investors who wish to meet up. Many thanks, Gordon

Evening mrclondon, Following on from my last post, we have a meeting with the borrower scheduled for early next week and will provide a full update on each loan following that meeting. At least one of the team visit each of the sites on a regular basis as well as our new Independent Monitoring Surveyor who will also provide updates on each site at some point next week. We would welcome some investors from DD Central to meet with us, the developers, our QS and the borrower to answer any questions and allay any issues they have. Many thanks, Gordon

Hi cooling_dude, The application has gone in to the Land Registry and as it is the registration of a new lease, it will take more time than a straight transfer of a property. Many thanks, Gordon
