Temperatures *are* actually rising. They go up & down rather dependant on your chosen timescale; from 950 to 1100 was known as the medieval warm period (where it's believed they were HIGHER than today) & in the 17th century there was significant cooling known as the little ice age. Please just don't believe all this 5 years to save the planet & your children's future scaremongering.
98% of scientists agree partly due to self interest because their jobs & funding is directly or indirectly funded by vested climate change embracing organisations. I can pay 20 others to tell you it's not true but that wouldn't make it right either.
You should get out there and do the sundance kid...

Updates have been posted on some of these loans, and IMHO they lack precision and in some cases (e.g. W*** D**** Road ) also lack credibility.
Planning application reference numbers are still not being quoted. This really isn't good enough.
(I'm not often so openly critical of FS)
Particularly love the Gr**nwich one...which was refused on 1st Feb!!

Is it worth pinning a suggested format to the top of this post to help people complain correctly??

After 534 days in default this must now qualify as a failure even for the brilliant minds currently employed at Lendy.
We were told on 1st November that the all knowing Lendy loans machine was in constant contact with this now highly suspect borrower and that changes to the approved plans would be "submitted and approved within 3 - 4 weeks". Time runs out on 28th.
No changes have appeared on the Hastings planning website.
This borrower is clearly not telling Lendy the true position but Lendy simply continue to accept any old excuse, or in this case, any repeated excuse.
I suggested many months ago (see above 22nd and 25th September) that this loan should be terminated and that action is required to seize and sell this now seriously devalued plot of waste land. Nothing has been done.
Sub prime lending now seems a very good bet compared with many of these Lendy loans.
Some might be asking exactly what has this borrower got over Lendy that make them so fearful of defaulting this obvious failure by an "experienced developer" in order to get some cash back for investors? What does the lender have?....a valueless site. If there is any chance of refinance, Lendy have to wait, unless you want a 10% return.

1 day to go till we get actual information and not baseless speculation. I have a chunk tied up in this Collateral mess and have been trying to just forget about it. Because of that I have not really been keeping up with current events. What is happening tomorrow that is going to give us actual information? Apologies if this is well known already. now you can see where all our money is going.....BDO
