Out of interest has anyone who was given access to the app by Collateral been able to set it up? I got as far as the point it sends you a verification code via text, but no text arrived. Same here. I have emailed twice but no response.

Where can i check it? rather than manually adding them up. Select the Account / Tax statement tab and put in the dates for the month you want to check

In my experience it is best if drip feed cash into unbolted as the loans are fairly small and you only usually get allocated between £5 and £6 per loan on the auto invest. There are manual loans but these have a low limit as well. I usually put in £100 about every 10 days I would say.

I have bent my diversification rules and have more investment in MT than I should because of your contribution which gives me confidence in your platform. Please stay Ed. P.S. It was inevitable that you would have loan failures. I have not panicked and withdrawn all my money. My view is to continue to invest to recoup my losses. Agree wholeheartedly, please stay.

I would probably have opened one if it was flexible and accepted transfers. Until it does my money will stay elsewhere.

Afternoon, We've just been discussing our latest large loan BL00046 - Darwen. As there are several titles to the land, would it be better for us to get a value of each title and split this loan into several tranches to allow better liquidity of investors funds? If this might be of interest, let us know and we could look to amend the loan. Many thanks, Gordon Gordon, I would be happy with that provided that the investment I have already made could be split between the tranches.

Dire website performance this morning during the renewals. This really needs to be sorted, it has been ongoing for far too long.

It would be great to have some notice of when these items will go live I logged in after 20 minutes and only a few pence left. Also a smaller bid limit would be better.

Currently there is no way to see this although it has been requested as an enhancement - although Col have not indicated if this will be done.

On the transactions page it would be very useful to have an invested balance column to help reconcile my spreadsheet which occasionally seems to get out of sync with my actual invested balance.

On the selling loans page can we please have a queued behind column so we have an idea of how near we are to the top of the selling list.

Could it be that people are now putting more of their money into sites that offer IFISA's?

I switched my monthly interest payments on, did not have to call or email anyone. I think I had to enter my password however.
