The problem with pre funding on Collateral would be that the loans are generally fairly small in comparison to SS so people could well end up with holdings of 50p or less.

Are you getting locked out because you are using an automatic page refresh? I have had this happen to me a couple of times where I have inadvertently set the refresh rate too fast. Locks you out for about 30 minutes.

It would be really useful to be able to export a list of my loans into a spreadsheet as you can do on other sites. Can this be added please.

I for one like the smaller loans as although it takes more time to build up a decent amount it gives a lot of diversity. I hope there will still be a mixture.

I asked them this myself and they said that on most of their loans the interest is repaid together with the capital at the end of the loan.

I also have been paid rent for some of my early investments. I expect the rest to appear tomorrow. Often it appears in several chunks.

Rent is paid on the last day of the month, one month in arrears. Could be that if the last day falls on a weekend it may be on the Friday or the Monday. I would expect the next payment on Monday.

Question

I emailed them earlier this week with the same question as I have also had funds sitting there for several weeks. This is the reply they gave me.
As soon as there are loans available for you to invest in, your funds will be automatically moved from ‘Queued Investments’ to ‘Invested Funds’. The waiting time is dependent on our pipeline of mortgages which we are waiting to drawdown. Until the last couple of months we had not had funds queued for more than a week. However, due to the nature of mortgage applications they generally take 2 - 3 months to complete from the start of the application.
You have still been earning cashback payments on these funds, to the same rate of interest you would have received were your funds invested in a loan, so you haven’t been missing out.

Just rebooted everything and all ok now. Strange as it was working up to about 9.50 as I bought and sold a few bits.
