7 day rule I assume. Talk of Barclays problems over on MT...Think SS use them too so maybe that's why I did a transfer to MT this morning, and funds are sitting there ready. SS don't always process on Saturday, they didn't for me a week or two ago.

There's going to be an even bigger glut on the SM on Monday/Tuesday because lots of investors will be trying to sell their loans before 1st March because most people like me predict that the secondary market will become a lot lot slower and more unpredictable post 1st March 2017. I am holding onto some semi toxic stuff until midnight on Sunday and then it will be hit the sell button. I would not be surprised if many others have exactly the same plan in place as me. I've been selling as new loans appeared else where, I've been re-homing funds. So now I'm left with >100day term 12% loans only. It's not like there is anything visible in the pipeline to replace any 12% loans and that creates a problem in replacing loans when the terms get shorter or they get repaid so the holding has to reduce down to the level coming through the pipeline. SS gone from growth to sustainable to a decline for my loan holdings. Already reduced holding by 1/3 and likely be another 1/3 going, ending up at around 1/3 or even 1/4 of it's size at the peak.

all gone in 4 seconds. RE the Gaming Theory point, my understanding was that if you ask for more than is left (e.g. ask for £25 when only £6 remains) you will be allocated that smaller amount, rather than leaving the party empty handed? I didn't leave the party empty handed I went to a different party over at COL. A lot more expensive there than £25, and still some left over but I've had my fill. Looks like I'll be back partying at MT Sat and Sun might even run into Monday.

The use of BOT's is not authorised. Refer to the Misuse of Computers Act.
That gives the penalties for unauthorised use.

Too risky for me. Could have problems selling on the SM, so leaving for others.

I just got my 2nd max bid for this loan. Whats the chances of anything remaining for tomorrow? Highly unlikely? 2nd max bid here also. Added funds this morning in case loans for repayment did pay back in time. Which means more available for tomorrow if any left / enough that it's worth trying to bid for.

Cheers for the heads up, someone actually bought mine so it's just found a home in the latest Manchester tranche! What is the benefit to they buyer? They're not going to earn any interest by holding these loans for less than a day are they? It would be a full day, as interest is calculated daily, loan value / 365 * 11%, if paid to nearest month that interest up to the 18th then it's 4x the amount or loan value / 365 * 44%. We've only been told it's being repaid today. If funding is no problem for today's bid, and already used up limit available. It's speculation with spare cash used being returned almost immediately, if any delay then there is interest for each extra day. £0.01 = loan / 365*11%, loan = £0.01 *365 / 11% = £33.18 so that's any loan in excess of £33.18 might be less depending on the rounding used.

Sorry if it's already been suggested, but as I grow my portfolio on the MT platform, the 'My Live Loans' page is becoming a nightmare vs something like SS. The reason is the tranches and purchased loan parts from the SM. It's not easy unless you export elsewhere to see exactly what you have in each loan. Might I suggest the following? Each primary loan has a unique ID Each subsequent tranche has a link to that ID as well as it's own ID number, so it has a link to it's 'parent' That the my live loans page group and total by loan ID with an option to expand to list to loan parts I think for most people that would provide a much quicker and better summary for them than the current page. Thanks. I go to the Loans rather than My Loans, then sort by the invested column. Might help for now.

I did drop Paul64 an email about this (with a link to this thread)
His response
I guess it's still on the to do list.
Given the upcoming changes which have provided focus on SS actually doing deposits and withdrawals more reliably, have decided to test to see if this is being implemented yet and made a withdrawal request at 0745 today. Will report back (opportunity for positive feedback savingstream ). I've done two withdrawal requests today one at 06:50 so no excuses are possible on that one. Second at 08:35 may or may not be within processing window.

Around 480K on the sm. Still 14 days until default day. Now around 470K Will the day bring eager buying, of will it bring "There's a lot on the SM, I'd better sell"? £7k withdrawn today. Most of what's on the SM I have £0 invested in. Anything worth buying is sold before I can get past recaptcha, the available loans page is nearly always out of date. I will just have to wait for New Loans to turn up, but most of those aren't worth keeping. SS has become just so depressingly bad. At this rate I'm going to end up at £0 loans on SS before long as I sell before they reach the non trading state, and nothing to replace them with.
