I have found that there appears to be two ways to see the current loans and average return. The first as Pom mentions, is that when you hit the green invest button to take you to the deposit screen there is a green banner with the information on it, the other is if you click the 'Our Statistics' tab up the top of the page after login the same information appears down the bottom. Currently there are 26 loans with an average return of 4.9%. Lets hope I can get my current investments up from the 25 at present. Spotted this over the weekend too, and target rate had increased to 5.1%, so added to my father's investment in the hope of diversifying on his current tally of 11 loans. All his cash was invested by 10am Monday morning when I checked, and yet unfortunately he still has just 11 loans, so I'm wondering how reliable those statistics really are? Surely 15 loans couldn't have gone in the first hour or so, only to be left with the same 11 loans that were on offer last week...!? Also his interest rate is still down at 4.77%, so you definitely need to take the target rate with a pinch of salt. Algo's seem very hit and miss, so doesn't give me much confidence to add more on his behalf, if there's no way of guaranteeing sufficient diversification.

Would like to know what loan is to be used for? Just to prop up the club (which appears to have had financial difficulties) If it's the club I think it is, there's been rumours in the media in the last week and it's been discussed on their forum about the development of a new 15-20k seater stadium, presumably on a new site in the town...?

littonowl Stooze the cash.... transfer the cash to your p2p site. Invest. Slow stooze... use a long term 0% purchase card. Put everything on to it. Put the cash not used into an investment. Pay off the card after 20 months or whatever period it has and enjoy your earnings (remember to pay tax. Remember to pay the minimum monthly credit card amount) You can extend the above via a balance transfer. Lots of them around at 0% for several years and many with 0% fees. Fast stooze... use a 0% balance transfer to a current account (called a money transfer). Usually via a card dedicated to this e.g. Virgin and with a fee. Alternatively balance transfer to a card which puts the card into credit and move the cash into your current account. Again needs the right credit card, mbna do some. MSE forums or www.stoozing.com/stoozforum/ for more details. Thanks very much for the explanation, jonah. Food for thought, and that's my weekend reading sorted too...!

Personally, I'm technically leveraging... 50% of my p2p cash is from 0% credit cards but I can cover that from other funding as needed. What sort of figures have you managed to fund? I am doing this too that's all, but not managed more than a low 5 figure amount I'm curious how you go about stoozing 0% credit cards for p2p? Most of the sites I currently use will not accept credit cards as a form of funding, instead offering debit card or bank transfer only, Octopus Choice for example, state: 'Unfortunately we don’t accept credit cards, as we’re not allowed to accept investments made with borrowed money.' Are there any P2P platforms out there that do accept CC's, or is it more a case of funding your P2P indirectly, by putting all the living expenses on the 0% to free up more short-term cash? Either way, would appreciate any pointers from anyone as to how you go about doing this. TIA.

Also managed to get mine, but was cumbersome logging in and held in suspense for around 30 secs after pressing 'invest' before confirmation.
Was always likely to be a bit of a scramble this morning, particularly with a high £1K limit against a loan of only £57K.

Yeah, I was expecting 2.5%, like on PP. Surely their costs on these transactions can't be twice that of PP..? Incidentally, I can't even see the SM, is it currently in test mode, or should it be visible to all now? If you sent back the form then you should see sell options in your list of holdings on your dashboard, and for buying scroll down on the property page and those with availability are clearly highlighted. If you didn't send back the form then you won't have access until you do. If you did and still can't see anything email them. Thanks pom. When was the form sent? I only joined PM about a month ago.

I am not investing on PM, but 5% SM fee sounds staggering. Really? Yeah, I was expecting 2.5%, like on PP. Surely their costs on these transactions can't be twice that of PP..? Incidentally, I can't even see the SM, is it currently in test mode, or should it be visible to all now?

Deposited an initial sum on Friday and was fully invested by this morning - so no cash drag here, and an impressive projected rate of 9.04% gross to boot!
Thanks to stevefindlay for all your open, honest and detailed communications on here, which gave me the confidence to invest with BM..

Do new loans appear on the pipeline or do they just appear in available at 10? ATM you tend to get notification via this forum the evening before, and email. New loans on the pipeline section, is er, in the pipeline, I believe..!?
