administration ends 23.5.23 ... What does that mean? Does everything end on that date? website closed down, no more recoveries, nothing? end of Lendy life? OR Company's normal operation resumes?

Is that it for DFL006 or could there be more repayments? It's called DFL006R1 .. so I'm hoping there'll be a DFL006R2?
Also if there have been any sightings for unicorns, mermaids, bigfoot and the lochness please let me know.

'Was hoping this would trickle down throughout January but it's week 2 and I stare at "£0.00" all day, everyday. Over 80k lifesavings in DFL006 .. I was such a mug ... and now I'll probably just get a mug back.

I'm both an M1 investor and an M2 investor.
Can I please ask, what's the change or expection for an M1 investor following the recent legal results? I'm not sure I understand what's really happened. Many thanks.

How about if we got a share of all the assets remaining from Lendy and Borrowers (i.e. in asset form rather than liquidated) - of course based and calculated from the amount of money we are owed. I would have preferred that. Would anyone else? If, by miracle, 100% of lenders preferred that option, would this be something that could be discussed with the administrators? (sorry if these are stupid deliberations/questions)
I doubt anyone really wants 3 square inches of a building site, or 6 bricks in Wolverhampton. It's not like the assets are 9 tons of mars bars, or anything else easily divisible, assignable, or shipable. So sorry, but that is not a very workable idea.
I don't mean sharing it in this way; let me illustrate in this fictitious scenario: 1.Say, Property X, one acre of land, Loan was £40,000. Valued at £100,000. 2.There are 4 lenders [Dick, Tom, Harry and Charles]. Each lent £10,000. Highest offer for whole of property is now £10,000. Which means after fees are paid, each lender would only receive less than £2500 each. So my proposition in this (admittedly unrealistically simplistic) scenario, would be either all four signs to becoming owners of the land instead of receiving paltry sum. [Or perhaps Charles isn't interested and he sells his share for £3000 to the new owners Dick, Tom and Harry]. This way, Dick, Tom and Harry [and perhaps Charles too] has acquired an asset at a very good price, giving them a chance to develop it perhaps.
[I know there's a much bigger complexity with 1000's of lenders. But apart from that, is the above even a possibility or are there other challenges [in administration law or other for example?)

We're all saying yeppee because that sums add up so far...but so they should.!.it's the most recent account with obvious action..who'd be daft enough to rob that.?. My opinion is that it would have been naive to have expected it, especially by those caught in the 'Collateral' ..damage. They should .. but they might not have. On the other hand .. or same hand .. what does this £10M really mean? The Client account .. could that just be the Barclays Cash Account? [which is completely ring fenced]

Interesting comment on that Times article: "As an actual developer that borrowed from Lendy, I am probably one of the supposed few who are under budget and on target to repay them. Well, we were until the FCA started monitoring them and all payments slowed down.
We are only about 6 weeks from completion, have pre-sold more than 50% of our properties, but now have to wait for the administrators and find out if funding will continue.
If not, I already have alternative funding in place, but the administrators will have to accept a reduced offer, or we will potentially be in trouble.
What fun! :-)"So the choice is: "to accept a reduced offer" OR "developer will potentially be in trouble" It's gonna be the second choice buddy.

Oh, just also to note that Lendy's demise due to the following symptoms have proven false:
1. Banking issues 2. Delayed updates 3. Payment of Interest
I'm not being naive, with the FCA allegedly breathing down their necks, there is likely to be issues, however, I, for one, prays and support Lendy to keep the ship floating while it's steered to some tropical islands, or back to England if it must be.

Hi everyone here, I am forced would like to apply for admission to this prestigious club as from next month. Is there any pre-initiation ceremony I should be performing first? like slitting one's own wrists for example? I'd rather do it today while I'm still high on the last interested payments.

Interest paid before Friday. And with more money than expected. I've been doing the Michael McIntyre camp walking up and down the living room in celebration .. shame I don't have the flapping hair anymore .. (or hair at all to be slightly more accurate).

Careful chaps. All this withdrawing is going to create another backlog! Money in was more than expected (last month of gloating.. so might as well). I've not been that fast with my hands/fingers since my teenage years ... You couldn't spell flash and the money was 'withdrawn'. Right, heading over to the positive thread...
