I made 2 credits this morning for different amounts, the first one was in my account within a couple of minutes, the second one was in my account in around 25 minutes.

I totally agree! I was unfortunate enough to be caught up in the mess on another platform on Friday and put some funds the way of Collateral tonight and it was processed in minutes...what a difference!

What an incredible situation to find ourselves in...funds sent..but can't be found and nothing from SS indicating a resolution timescale and how they intend to ensure that customers who's money has been 'misdirected' are satisfied with the outcome. Once this situation is resolved I intend to never use SS again

Hi lobster, thank you for your comment I appreciate them but for me it's about having some faith and trust in the platform that I invest in and over the past 24hrs I have lost the faith I had in SS. I'm sure that you'll agree as a fellow investor once you lose faith in whatever you are investing in then it is better to exit.

Paul, this is completely unacceptable! I have lost all faith in SS. I transferred a 4 figure sum yesterday and I'm still waiting for it to be credited to my account to clear of my pre-funding but also to allow me to make purchases on the SM. I have emailed SS 4 times to be fobbed off with 'it must be an error by me..it's not SS's fault' (paraphrasing). Due to the ineptitude of SS I wish to cancel my purchases on prebidding and have my funds returned (if you ever recover them). Can you confirm how I go about cancelling my pre-bid offers?

I totally agree with archie, the last few loans have lasted more than 24hrs with people having the chance to bid over £2,000 within 24hrs. In my view that's because bid limits have been set at sensible levels and the previous IT issues addressed therefore taking away the need for everyone to have access to a computer at 4pm...surely that's what most of us want?

I'm dissapointed to hear about the introduction of pre-funding. My view has been to resolve the IT issues and reduce the bid limit...both of which appear to have happened for the last few loans. By introducing pre-funding MT lose their USP that many people joined MT for...their uniqueness compared to others.

I think Magenta14's proposals are reasonable, measured and easily workable should MT wish to take steps to deal with our complaints. This matter was raised almost a week ago and appears to still not have been resolved.
