Enviable but does that % take into account uninvested funds? Or is it like Figuring Craftily's % which is based on invested funds only? Would be interesting to know the size of your funds dedicated to this, and also how it was spread across which risk bands. How scalable was it? Apologies if this has been done to death on another thread.

It's not all rosy. Those flippers will have to pay 0.25% sale fee. And they will have to pay income tax on any interest paid to them. And there is also the site fee.

The title of this thread is a bit strong, if I may say so. Calling people 'Cowards' does not reflect the gentlemanly conduct of this board. Some FC staff did a good job in dealing with reported problems etc on their board. One got the impression that they had to follow the company line but they were still professional and friendly. Hope they're not out on their ears. Perhaps they will be redeployed to monitor this board in which case, welcome!

Anyone else having trouble logging in this morning? One of my accounts logs in OK. The other says 'invalid password etc'. The option to get a reset email does not produce any email. Have phoned FC and they sent me the reset email which I processed but the login for that account still fails. They are consulting colleagues and will call back.
Edit: FC advised changing the uppercase letter in my username to lowercase. The log in then worked. FC: it sometimes does this; and we have made changes to the login screen. Hmmm ...

This one is entertaining. For months on Frantic Clocks' Loan Requests page, there have been no loans with 7d 0h in Time Left. Today there were eight with 7d 0h. They must have reset a clock. When I refreshed the page, those eight all said 6d 23h left. Ok, that's fair enough. But another refresh and they all went back to 7d 0h. Who needs the arrow of time, eh?

My available funds often creep up - but that's just SM sales. What bothers me is that quite often my FC total jumps up more than expected, then I think that my SM sales have taken off, then a few hours later the total drops by £40 or £60 or £80.

Hi all, sorry about this but we are still awaiting a response from the borrower's solicitors, so it's likely the loan will tip over to tomorrow. I'll provide a short update when I hear anything more. Ah. I know these solicitors. They are every, almost every, solicitor that I have ever dealt with. They don't use email. They don't make phone calls. They have a letter for you and their office is 1/4 mile from you but they don't invite you to pick it up; they post it and they don't tell you it's on its way. Or it's not on its way, it's being typed. Or it's been sent to the wrong address. Or ... [fill in your experience of using UK solicitors]
