Well at least someones managed to access it - noone else seems to be able to log in I couldn't log in with case code auto-completed by my browser. When i instead manually typed it in and selected 'RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP' from the drop down i could log in and retrieve the PDF.

I'm looking forward to seeing it - it's the second 'surprise classic scifi' I didn't know was coming this year after the Apple TV Foundation adaptation (which while unfaithful I'm enjoying - even if It's strongest where it strays from the source material)
Glad to hear dune is well received - I never gave the novel a fair chance past childhood. A passing familiarity with the universe from several of the video games definitely has me intrigued - I may well be the ideal audience!

Wonder how long Symbio Energy will last. I am on a fix at 9.96p kwh so the longer the better! Went to look for a quote out of curiosity and they're not taking new applications! Not a great omen

... so payments may be redirected for a while (assuming......) I'm in the same boat - switched away from Tesco. The redirection period has changed a number of times, It used to be a fixed 13 months, but now operates on a rolling extension The Barclays agreement at www.barclays.co.uk/help/content/BAR_9913023_Online0916.pdf lays it out (and I suspect is the same for all banks) > In the unlikely event that payments continue to be redirected to your New Account during the 13 months leading up the end of the 3 year redirection period we will automatically extend the redirection service and the term of this Agreement until such time as there is a 13 month period when no Direct Debits, Bacs Direct Credits or Faster Payment transactions have been automatically redirected by the central redirection service.
So 3 years, then rolling every 13 months thereafter so long as it's used.

Ek! The validation on the Halifax switch form refuses to accept my last name (which has a pesky hyphen in it). Processed the switch over the phone instead.

I wish AC would allow support a standard TOTP authenticator (MS, Google and many others) for those of us with many TOTP based 2FA systems to manage. It's not as it Authy is fundamentally different as they're using a variant of OTP and the seed can be extracted (see randomoracle.wordpress.com/2017/02/15/extracting-otp-seeds-from-authy/)Authy used to have some advantages in terms of backup and migration but now even Google authenticator allows easy transfer from device to device. I have the seeds for all my systems (and their QR code equivalents) securely stored so I can easily use PC and mobile devices applications to generate codes as required and no worry if a device fails as its easy to set up on another. I didn't follow that specific process so can't recommend it, but I've been using an extracted authy seed for AC from the beginning. Certain TOTP clients (I use Aegis) let you tweak the digit count and period to work correctly for Authy tokens (specifically 6 digits every 10 seconds). The only challenge is getting the seed - which is always going to be a fairly technical affair.

Cert fixed - issued by Let's Encrypt now. Hopefully simpler to manage as this is not the first cert expiry they've let slip.
Also had a payment today so definitely activity going on.

You sure Last time they said a loan was repaid it wasnt and they still havent corrected the error in accounts that created. Remaining Capital+interest paid and withdrawn this morning - however no further interest had accrued over the 424 days since the intended 'maturity'. I'm still satisfied with a resolution - had mentally written this one off.

I wonder how many of the 23% who failed the AML verification actually had a credit search done ,I know that apart from 2 insurance quotes my last search was in April,so makes me wonder if RSM just forgot about a lot of these and thought "another nice little earner coming up here gov" Kuflink was doing an online verification where you either take a live picture with your phone or webcam which I thought at the time was nonsense but compared to this fiasco it turns out to be a good idea I have just checked mine and Lendy did a search on 1/10/19. Strangely, they put my street name in twice as in they repeated the name that came before "street" I have copied and pasted the screen into an email to Lendy and asked them to try again with the correct address. (May not make a difference but it allowed me to vent a little) I had a similarly butchered street address, curiously. I didn't question it at the time as I was fortunate enough to be in the 'verified' section of the dart board.

Does anyone know whether £75 "refer a friend" and £150 "new investor cashback offer" can be combined? If that's the case I want to ask anyone to refer me so we could both get a referral bonus. I had a quick look at the T's and C's ( 1/ 2) and although I can't see anything that excludes that possibility, I would suggest dropping them a quick note (enquiries@assetzcapital.co.uk) to find out for sure. Happy to refer you if it works out. Unfortunately not according to www.assetzcapital.co.uk/refer-a-friend/terms-and-conditions/ under 'Referred Investor' clause 3.d:"This bonus is not available in conjunction with any other offer for new customers"You could try and risk it anyway, but otherwise if you're willing to invest the £5,000 necessary to qualify for the £150 offer it's probably the way to go. You'd only get £50 for joining through a referral - although it only requires £1000 invested, making it a proportionally larger percentage paid as cashback (3% vs 5%).Edit: AC support say it's fine to combine them, see below.

Yes, Precisely that! It's an edge case and clearly the ideal would be to never withdraw before you can apply the LISA to properly to retirement/first property. It's worth addressing in the context of ISA/Pension comparison though. There is worth in a LISA even if not held to full term.

... cost you 25% of £5,000 (not £4,000) so it leaves you with £3,750 rather than the original £4,000 This is getting out of hand - I agree with you on this. You only received a bonus on £4000, and if you withdraw £4000 the charge and bonus necessarily cancel out (noting of course that you only receive £3000 in cash). Obviously if you withdraw more than you contributed you end up worse of since 25% on 4000 < 25% on 5000 Edit: Sorry - My use of 'withdraw' probably invited some confusion. To 'withdraw' £x I mean to issue a request of £x, not to actually request 1.33*£x so as to be £x after the fee is deducted. I've not owned an LISA but I assume the fee is deducted on its way out, rather than from the LISA balance (which may not be liquid)

No. - the bonus is 25% on your deposit (£4 becomes £5) - the fee is 25% on the total (£5 becomes £3.75) That doesn't "cancel out", you end up with £3.75 for each £4 in. Well yes of course - I should have clarified: If you withdraw only your contributions (so £4): - the bonus is 25% on your deposit (a bonus of £1) - the fee is 25% on the withdrawal (a charge of £1) The net result is you still have £4, only £1 in LISA and £3 in cash. To withdraw more clearly costs more since you'll have "used up" your bonus - the inflated growth on that bonus can otherwise offset the extra charge but you really want to avoid cashing out the whole LISA.
