Hi, can that section be updated with new p2p sites that are growing in those months? I'm thinking at least viainvest, fellow finance, lendix. The structure of that section is old. I agree, but would wait for the poll results on the most used platforms to make a decision on who exactly should be listed there.

sergeysedov - another suggestion from technical side - you really should expire user sessions automatically after say 1 hour. I have logged in yesterday, entered website today and I am still logged-in! Does not feel safe at all! (in addition to being able to see some loan statistics - volume / value / rate stats per week / month would work for me to determine whether you actually get any loans above 14% or not) Hello Nesako, We will add "settings" to Investor's account and you would put if you want to expire your session in 1 hour or more. To be realistic this feature planned to be added in June. We will add more statistics to website, so you can see how many loans available at each interest rate. This should be done in April. Setting is very generous Just thinking about people who may want to check investments on public machines in Hotels / Cafe's etc. and leaving session open would mean the next person could just come and browse around someone else's account. I do not know any other website which is money related which would not kill the session after window closure or after 1 hour whichever comes first.

The UK final guidance says this: That last part almost says that none of the Latvian based P2P lenders will "meet conditions", since the main reason for there being that many P2P platforms registered in Latvia is the relaxed nature of law (until changes are made). I may be wrong though...

I absolutely agree but sadly it is also the site aiming for the lowest interest rates at the moment. I have to agree... cannot get anything above 11.1% with under 12M term for the last 2 months. I even have 5% money uninvested since short term deals seem to have all been drained out... longer term is not attractive due to stupid 1% SM sell charge, so for quick exit you would need to take a loss

Today seems like Twino gave us a sort of payday shower of loans! 9000 PG protected loans posted around mid-day, most @ 12% as well. Still 7900 loans available at a time of writing this

UK Banks are still one of the most generous in Europe. All other bank accounts I have in EU charge annual fees to just have an account which pays 0% interest and I also pay 30 euro cents for any transfer, even internal, and some also charge 30 euro cents to get money from another bank as incoming charge. In general, they charge for anything there is to charge...

I can confirm the anomaly of some of my loans going from Safeguard to non-safeguard status in the last 2 days or so. Also my currently invested balance is also excluding all these affected loans. Must be some sort of glitch on Zopa side...

Just checked my personalised referral link terms and yes, it does say that BOTH get £100 at the end of the year, plus they also get £100 as welcome BonusYou sure about that one? Sounds too generous to be true! To be honest, I am not sure anymore after reading it again... It seems like the friend just gets the "welcome" bonus, not in addition to a welcome bonus. It did sound a bit too good to be true It says that both will get £100, but in a small print it says £100 for the referrer and £100 welcome for new user.

I joined at the beginning of January, my account is set to reinvest at market rate (6.5%) and is currently running at 6.14% XIRR. Not sure if opting for the priority rate (6.4%) would improve the return. With 6.4% option you get loans @ 6.22%. In regards to re-investment speed, I will be able to tell you in 6 days when my current loan pays out. In the past it never took longer than 24 hours... maybe it is slower now!

Just checked my personalised referral link terms and yes, it does say that BOTH get £100 at the end of the year, plus they also get £100 as welcome Bonus, so in theory if you get referred, after a year you get £200 £100 for investing £1000 + £60 or whereabouts in interest. If anyone cares to give it a go, I am happy to pass my link (who wouldn't be! lol)
It does say it runs till 1st April, but this has now been extended at least 4 times, so I would not be surprised if another extension is to follow shortly...

There is one benefit - due to a massive demand any Buyback loan you have can be sold within seconds as you list it for sale

And half an hour later my 242 Euro that has been lying idle for a few hours has been taken with 12% buyback loans so I am now fully invested. This seems to work for me. Am I missing something? Did you leave it for the auto-invest to deal with or did you manually invest that 242 Euro? I also managed to get 12% yesterday, but damn that daily login does slightly bother me... Mintos offers 10.5% average these days, so lower, but money gets invested automatically without me needing to login daily. So it seems like you need to do some work to get that bit extra!
