Crowdcube?
Perhaps Crowdstacker?
This should jog some memories I think.

Thanks very much to whoever was selling off this loan at 75% this morning. Don't mind if I do. I can't be the only one to be curious as to how much you purchased?

ablrate - is it worth including when the loans will be available for investment? For example... - Loan Live: 2pm 22 December 2017
- Loan Open for Investment: 2pm 23 December 2017
Just to avoid any potential confusion - it is xmas party season and we can't expect everyone to be completely sober at this time of year! Seasons Greetings to all at Ablrate I missed the 24hr read only time so had already made a deposit and planned a 2pm toilet break to get away from my desk. I can relax now.

Well today's loan went live supposedly at 12 o'clock and I refreshed my screen at 12:00:43 and missed out! Even though bids were limited to £25 and there was £30k available! Was a bit miffed, but my fault I guess for not clicking refresh every 3 seconds (I got distracted!) There certainly wouldn’t have been £30k available. It was a renewal of an existing £30k loan and typically 95% of MT lenders opt to renew loans like this. I doubt the remaining availability at launch was more than a few hundred. I seem to remember there was 2 or £3k available. It was all gone in about 30 seconds or so.

Collateral (COL) in Liquidation

Logged in first attempt at least twice on Chrome on my girlfriend's laptop. Looks like it's a problem with my desktop rather than my account.

Got stuck on the confirm investment page for BBB00675. Had to kill the tab in the end. Got 674. There's still a little left

Collateral (COL) in Liquidation
Memorable Word

Memorable word now rejected every time I attempt to sign in on my desktop computer (using chrome). On mobile (chrome), in first time . Just checking you haven't got caps lock on (or off)... Wouldn't be the first time I've done it!!! Checked that and checked all keys working correctly. Gave up this afternoon when even 8 or 9attempts failed. Twice managed to log in with four attempts this evening. On mobile I can log in first time. Very frustrating. I've emailed Collateral to investigate.

Flurry of activity this morning. I only keep a small balance on Unbolted as I'm building my investment slowly but I got 8 auto-lend notifications.

Has anyone else noticed the Abl website slowing down over the last couple of weeks? I've re-booted my PC and asked Abl to check at their end but there's nothing to report, other websites are working fine (apart from ReBS which is always chronically slow) Yes, very much so. On both desktop and mobile, both using Chrome browser.

Total available today was far lower than yesterday £1.5k vs £5.5k. I wonder if the system struggles to allocate all the bids coming in together when there is very little of the loan remaining.

Seemed pretty good to me. Excellent Saturday service too, deposits still very zippy! I reckon 100 investors is enough for smallish renewals ie £50 for this loan although there seemed no obvious cheating ie 1 investor bagging the remainder or multiple bids from same borrower. Mostly, thank you to Collateral Rep for today’s service 😊 I'd expected to see the bid limit change to £50 at some point before renewal. At £25 a rather large amount remained for FFF. I would have preferred to have seen a £50 limit which would have just about guaranteed anyone who logged in during the 3 hour window an equal slice. I managed to get an extra £51 (the balance in my account) at FFF but there were a few takers of around £400 which some others could have shared.

Was the planning permission eventually granted?
Regardless of whether PP was granted is this looking like a good loan for further investment? 1 month minimum interest and now only 50% LTV after the part repayment plus the 5% BO first loss holding so that even a default should not be greatly concerning. I still have a small investment (the remaining third of what I initially invested).
