A number of loan updates on site today - nothing startling, RCC stocking, Wandsworth & Bollington; under a 'Loan Updates' tab. The pipeline update was also loaded earlier today and appears under a 'General Updates' tab. Both update tabs are under 'Support'. Good to see the updates coming through. Just one suggestion. The updates are very up beat and I don't doubt them. However there has been some slippage for example on the Bollington loan that in only the last update it said it phase 1 would be complete by end November. I think it would be prudent to recognise this sort of thing in updates to avoid any potential kick back on loans at a later date. I only use particular loan as an example rather than having an issue with the loan. Do you mean the Bollington update should read something like "Phase one (previously anticipated to complete by end of November) is anticipated to be complete by Christmas". ?

Someone has confidence in this loan. £350k taken in one bite If someone can purchase £350k in one bite, they can just as easily dump £350k back on the SM. I don't know whether I'd join the sale queue again if that happened.

IMO, it is totally improper for any platform to withhold (or stop the accruing of) interest from the owner of a loan part whilst their capital remains at risk. If a platform wishes to levy a fee for using their SM then that’s their choice, but a loan contract is made between borrower and lender; platforms should have no right to step in between and divert interest into their own coffers whilst a part is offered for sale. Couldn't agree more - completely unethical. Credit to Ed for stating MT would never do it. Perhaps it's where Collateral gets the money to pay the car loans from. (not seriously suggesting that's the case. What did that say happened to the withheld interest?)

Remained available for a whole 53 minutes. I could have hit that snooze button a couple of times.

That was very slow. Site was unreachable for a time. Like elliottm, I got a piece of the renewal due to the bid limit

10 minutes into a renewal and still 20% left and it's BLING! Can't believe my eyes. I've found renewals to hang around a bit longer on the weekend. This was originally showing a £100 bid limit yesterday and changed to £50 during the day. I'm glad it did because the site became unresponsive for me for about 2 minutes at 9am during which time half was gone.

I do hope Ablrate don't point to this loan as evidence that bid limits aren't required.

They could at least give us the borrower's name. I don't understand the need for so much secrecy until launch; several platforms have pipeline pages that are more generous with information months in advance of going live. Would be handy to have some idea before transferring funds to the platform. It's a pain to transfer funds for a loan you may end up not wanting or not be able (bid limits?) to invest in.

That last £630 chunk is a stubborn one. Someone fetch the plunger! What if it's 10 people with £63 pounds each - this could take some time! Or 63 people with £10 each?.....or........

Will the SM be open again soon ? When they track down the last £4493 (which is probably sitting in someones pending withdrawals).

Withdrawals suspended during rollover but that happened a bit late.

I managed to get a stake in all 8 of them! You done well! Mental note, must improve typing speed. Got 6 of the 8 which I'm surprised about especially as I was on my phone (slower/harder to navigate through pages).

Nothing available on SM....doesn’t seem to be a problem..so it’s not a ‘once again’ scenario currently - Referring to (FPAA664) Development Site M********r Road, Bradford? You must be looking at a different SM to me - Referring to SM as a whole?Am I right in saying that hazellend and averageguy (and robski and seeingred) are discussing two different things and don't realise?

Unfortunately it has messed with the ability to sort loans by age or remaining days. If I invest in some loans, as I have tonight, I usually go to my live loans and sort the 0 days old ones to the top to review my purchases. That doesn't now work.

Quite a lot of activity today. 4 auto-lends including one in a £490 loan. I'm only drip-feeding small amounts of money as I'm close to the limit of what I think I should have in p2p. £21 of my £25 deposit that landed today lent out is pretty good.
