OP, when did you receive this email? Has anyone else received it?
The only email I have received was the first one on Friday 14/07/17 @ 14:34. I am in the overdue loan and three of the others.

Some highly sought after car loans popped up. Prompted by the car loan defaults?

MoneyThing given the same misunderstanding regarding payment date for the interest on this loan seems to raise its head every month, would it be worth adding an obvious note to loan page under Loan Summary highlighting the fact that interest payment will be made on the 9th not the 7th as with the other tranches. That would be useful. I looked at the loan details to see whether there was a similar note before posting/contacting MT.

What does your My Loans page look like when you reinvest every interest payment? You'd end up with hundreds of loan parts. I gave up reinvesting every repayment as I didn't want dozens of £1 and £2 loan parts.

MTAI577 doesn't seem to have paid although MTAI576 has. (And how do I get rid of this huge font which my phone defaults to?)

Withdrawing 1p is mental! Was thinking perhaps withdrawing once £10 had accumulated.
I don't imagine I'd make many withdrawals especially if new loans were available as I'd reinvest interest into new opportunities but it will sometimes be useful to make the odd withdrawal.

I have investments to an amount I am currently happy with and don't particularly wish to add £10 here and there to investments. I'm also expecting to have to clear a credit card balance later this month and will want to top my current accounts back up.
With this in mind, how small a withdrawal is acceptable? My interest payments are often only a couple of pounds a time and I'm not sure MT will want to process regular withdrawals for £2.

Managed the Full House 7/7 but only because I'm not in work and I'm using my desktop computer. If I'd been at work using my phone I would have been lucky to get just the 9am renewal.
I was refreshing the page in the minute or so leading up to renewal time. About 30 seconds before each loan went live there was a slight pause on refresh so something was occurring behind the scenes at that point.
Good to get £175 invested but 1.5 hours of not being able to do very much this morning.

Does this font size equate to shouting? It's not that big or bold, so I would say 'No'. Posted that on my phone. Font looked odd so selected smallest font size before typing. Displays same size as all other posts on my phone. Fixed it by editing.

Apart from the odd £25, do people manage to get much more normally? Usually just the odd £25. If there are more than one renewal, perhaps a few £25's but if the site is slow as it has been then it can take too long to process your bid and you miss out on multiples.

If I was at work tomorrow, I'd have no opportunity to bid on anything other than the first renewal. As it is, I should be building a fence but that may have to wait.

bobthebuilder - at the risk of releasing part of my identity, that was me - I acquired the final £13.53 in 540. I'm not using a bot, and I'm using an old laptop. All I can say is that it is possible but I was surprised that all three succeeded, given that 90% of the time I'm not successful on all that I try and purchase. Well, apologies for doubting your humanity! My own approach was to ignore BB538 completely as there was no way I was going to be one of only three successful bidders, and to focus on BB540 and BB539 in that order, hoping that there would still be some BB539 left after I had bid for BB540. I don't think I have the slowest fingers in the world, but I never got beyond BB540. The effort we have to make to invest £25 these days if we want to avoid property 539 then 540 was my strategy too. It took quite a while to confirm the investment so 540 was gone by the time 539 was purchased. Won't be easy to reinvest tomorrow's interest payments in non-property loans.

AB appear to have structured this loan so they don't lose out if it is redeemed early Does it have the normal minimum 6m interest? It's notoriously difficult to value these modular loans, previously had to go on borrowers valuation only Minimum 6 months interest, page 8 Borrowing Proposal.

There hasn't been a new Jewellery Loan since 19th May. Are we likely to see any more?
The SM rarely has any Jewellery loans available and with the tiny amounts available for Jewellery Loan renewals lately I'm considering withdrawing funds as loans repay rather than leaving funds sitting in my account waiting for Jewellery loans to become available. I'm less interested in Property loans (although I do invest in a few).
I joined the platform in late February. I didn't invest much in those loans early on as there appeared to be a steady stream of them for regular investments. Have I simply 'missed the boat' for Jewellery loans?

We report interest earned on the account as we are requested. We are not asked to net off accrued paid, capital gains, losses etc. We are working on adding these in for your use in reporting. We have a large job to reboot the secondary market comments section and the way it works within the DB, so rather than wait for that and have nothing, we have a report of the accrued, interest and losses. Best Ablrate ablrate - Surely "Interest Earned" is "Interest Paid by Borrower" + "Accrued Interest paid to you" - "Accrued Interest paid by you" To quote your Tax Position FAQ If I download a tax statement from the site will it now correctly show the amount of interest I've earned? To produce a figure on which tax is/may be due, will I need to deduct the accrued interest I have purchased and where can I find an accrued interest total other than adding it up from my Trade confirmation emails?
