When is Thincats going to add the code to their secondary market that deletes/hides loans that have already been fully purchased. It is the most frustrating & time-wasting process to click on a secondary market loan only to find that it has already been sold (i.e. fully funded) and is therefore not available for purchase. It shouldn't reflect there if its sold.
Also, why the delay in going live when investors want to sell a loan part. This is not necessary. Why can these not go live immediately? Again frustrating when you see something and its not available.
I brought this up to them a couple of years ago and was told they would be upgrading their system, but quite frankly, their 'relaunched/new' website appears to have had no functional backend changes made, merely an upgrade to look/feel.
Come on Thincats! Give your investors what they need.

Very frustrating isnt it? All I can hope is that no-one else has managed to login before me as my experience has been that even if I login 5 minutes after the launch time, its too late to get a piece of the pie!

Anyone else tried to login to Proplend to buy a stake in the new 12 O'clock loan only to find they're getting a blank screen?

I must agree. I wonder how many of us are needed in order to put in a joint complaint to the FCA giving the inconsistent feedback given at the various times in this deal.
Whichever way you cut it, FS seem to not have done their due diligence correctly and surely that is part of their responsibility as an FCA authorised agent?

Since this loan is being wrapped up today by FS and it would appear that we will only be getting approx 30% of our capital back (not to mention zero interest due to FS only paying interest at the loan's term end), I was wondering if anyone knows of any other avenues FS will be undertaking to try and redeem further funds from this borrower?
If not, it is a definite warning to me to: 1) Not loan to alternative energy projects (on any platform) moving forward 2) Be very wary of FS's valuations as this was listed at a 63.86% LTV which did, when investing, make me feel fairly comfortable about investing in it.
Between this and Lendy's valuation issues (I am holding out that their provision fund will cover most of the shortfalls), how do we as investors go about double checking valuations for future investments?

I deposited funds into my Relendex account yesterday early morning and they have still not reflected. Surely companies should be checking at least twice daily to credit clients accounts? This kind of thing always makes me wary of a platform, and in Relendex case my wariness is increased after I initially had funds credited to my account that I did NOT deposit. Anyone else have a similar issue?

I guess I should have read more of the forum threads before transferring £1000 to them yesterday. As things currently stand, my funds have still not reflected, despite sending them a reminder email a few hours ago. This is really not acceptable, especially when you consider how efficient most other platforms are at reflecting funds transferred via BACS.
So, the question is: Do I invest my £1000 with them (the withdrawal time complaints are speaking volumes), or do I instantly withdraw it and move on, having wasted merely a bit of time. The services levels are seriously lacking ITO processing payments/transfers, which is one of the most basic processes they have to deal with, so for me, its starting to ring some bells that all is not well in the Empire....
Thoughts?

Yes, definitely an issue. Hopefully they get it sorted soon. Somewhat concerning....

Anyone know why the Thincats site is not working? I had no notification of maintenance and after a huge timeout a maintenance sign now comes up?
Why is this company which supposedly has an IT company as part of it, not been able to sort out their coding issues, despite all the time involved? Very frustrating...or is it cause for a bigger concern regarding data security?

Anyone out there know what this new 'status' is? I've been trading on this platform since 2014 and have never come across this problem before today.
The loans concerned are not in default, are not in negative days and yet I am not able to sell my share in them (in part or the whole share). One example is PBL139
