Does anyone have a contact address or phone number for RSM. I drew down an amount of a few thousand pounds over a month ago (6 February) from my Lendy account and it has till not hit my bank account. I have not changed accounts and no-one is responding to emails I have been sending to support@lendy.co.uk regarding this.

Anyone else having this issue? I've finally had some money released but when I try to withdraw the 'withdraw' button does nothing.
Of course, the deposit button works fine !

Made a withdrawal request on 6 February - still nothing in my bank account! It really is very frustrating that our money has been tied up all this time and then when a tiny bit of it becomes available it takes them a month to process the payment! Someone is not doing their job!!

I tried, unsuccessfully, a number of times in June to withdraw available funds from Thincats. I then read that they were not processing payments bu would be resuming this in July. I appled for a withdrawal on Monday (5 July) but have not yet had payment. Can anyone shed any light?

What is the general timeframe most of you have experienced when drawing funds from Lendy? I applied for a withdrawal on 23 June, got an email to say it 'will be processed as soon as possible' and still nothing nearly 2 weeks later. Ended up getting the payment the next day!

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had an issue with Relendex in this regard as I am somewhat concerned about how incoming funds are captured at Relendex.
I paid in £500 on 1 February to buy an available lot on the secondary market £500 + interest.
Due to it taking until the next day to reflect, I missed out on this and only £1000 lots were available the next day. I then transferred a further £500 on 2 February to purchase one of these and as of today, 4 February this is still not reflecting. I have just sent them a letter of complaint.
Are they manually recording incoming funds as this appears which leaves things open to human error (as is the case here)? This is not the first time I have had this issue with these guys, which is concerning.
Anyone know if the FCA has any guidelines ITO how funds should be captured by P2P companies?

Hallelujah! You're almost there... Yep, my Access QIF changed from 54 to 31 overnight. Mine has not moved in weeks. HOw is that possible. At the rate the queues have reduced, I'll be lucky to get my money in 18 months time!

Anyone else have a lack of confidence in Huddle's payments management?
In the time I've been dealing with them I:
1) Often have to remind them to pay me my withdrawal amount 2) Was overpaid by over £1000 once and they hadn't picked it up. They only realised when I called them. 3) Was paid twice once
This leads me to wonder if they're FCA authorised as surely such shoddy admin (reflective of no proper system in place) should be allowed?
