oldgrumpy: That explains it. And since I didn't place a bid for the replacement loan, I don't have access to SCP & MS #146. Yes, that's really is a poor policy on AC's part, though perhaps I shouldn't call it 'policy' since it simply might be a situation nobody had thought of in advance. And I'm not convinced they could claim that this is a one-off that won't happen again once we get through the transition period to the new system where there are no bids. After all, if a similar situation were to come up in the future, how would they do what they've done here -- which is to offer existing investors in the loan being replaced first priority in the new loan? Perhaps chris or andrewholgate would care to comment. More one for davidricketts1<passes buck>
One for andrewholgate to confirm I'd imagine.

My bank must hate me. My "Faster Payments" to Assetz never show up the next day. On the 21st Oct I made the payment. It arrived in my Assetz account at 11:15AM on 23rd Oct. On the 27th Oct I made another payment. It arrived in my Assetz account at 9:15AM today (29th Oct). Does it make a difference when you send the payment? I think I placed the payments during the afternoon.
Yes it does make a difference Neil. If you process your transfer after normal banking hours (say 4.30 or so) then it won't actually credit into our bank account the following day and then only be transferred into your lender account on the day after that.

Thanks everybody for the quick replies. ianb, it's eek time (sort of). I've had this problem once before and it resolved itself within 24 hours. Pikestaff - do you want to PM me as I can check the bank account for you. I'll need your name, lender reference and the amount.

How about (if I remember) I just put the restricted name of the loan in this thread when I've done some sort of update (whether via email or on the site). Then people can look it up and discuss in the appropriate place.
To that end, drawdown updates for
D****t P*****ty Wo**s P*****ty M******s E*********g
will be up on the website in the next half an hour or so.
I also did a payment update on C* L*****e yesterday - also on the website. That would be great, but could you put the loan numbers instead, or as well? Again, if I remember (as I'll need to navigate to a different place to get the loan number....)

Hello Ian
Still waiting for one last document but this will be one of the new loans that lenders won't see until it draws down.
It was fully underwritten so as soon as we have the document it should move to the Loans Coming Soon part.
