All
Report received on Monday but I am out of the office until Friday and didn't finish the update before I went away Monday evening.
Please bear with me until I'm back and get compliance sign off.

All.
I've paid the interest now. Took so long as I required some IT intervention..... (thanks chris)

I suspect pikestaff was referring to loan #146 (which has investments paused but doesn't SAY investments paused on the main screen), rather than loan #63 that your response appears to refer to. I was indeed!
Apologies pikestaff.
Chris has very kindly emailed me to tell me how to do it and the "Investments Paused" flag should now be showing on loan 146.

As for the plumber. It's been extended so I've extended the repayments at the newly agreed rate. I suspect pikestaff was referring to loan #146 (which has investments paused but doesn't SAY investments paused on the main screen), rather than loan #63 that your response appears to refer to. I remain a little confused about why Assetz created the facility to allow themselves to pause an investment without it saying "investments paused" or vice-versa...? It would have seemed easier to have the "investments paused" flag directly linked to the same database field that actually causes the investments to be paused.... Me too sl75...
In all seriousness, IT put the "Investments Paused" flag on. I don't have access to it.
However, next time I talk to chris I'm going to ask him for access to it.

All
Pr******* T*** all sorted as of this morning.
Happy to confirm that I'm not spending all my time dealing with errant existing borrowers and that I have looked at quite a few new propositions over the last few weeks.

Issues are now fixed and trading of loan units has recommenced. There's still an "investments paused" flag on the loan list. (Edit: and still no such flag on the plumber.)
Thanks pikestaff. I'd asked chris to remove and I think he has now.

It's one of those on the "To Do" list bigfoot12.
No current convention but my preference would be that we move all repayments due on a non banking day to the next banking day.
Unfortunately there are higher IT priorities at the moment.

I guess someone has to point out that the site visit note gets off to a false start with "Loan of £100,000 was drawn during summer 2015"
D'oh. Now updated.
Also an update on loan 133.

All
Needs input from chris and I'm trying to get hold of him.
In the interim I've suspended trade of the loan units until issues are sorted.
