I’ve got about 8k on there nearly all in bling. for the last few months, when I couldn’t find a better place for the interest or repayments I just put cash into the bling or the stupidest 14% loan. I haven’t downloaded a full transaction log since mid October last year. I’ve got no idea how much cash, bling or loans i’ve got on there. No idea how much interest I’ve received over the last six months. No idea what to put on my tax return. I’ve got no idea if my cash is protected, no idea if the bling is assigned to me because CO are p2p or belongs to CO because they are a pawnbroker. No idea if I’m a creditor or not. No idea if I should be writing to RR or the FCA. No idea what I would put in a letter if I did write. No idea if FCA is trying to takeover because they want to protect me or themselves. Bankers truly must be buying each other drinks and toasting to the very good health of the CO directors, their legal advisors, RR and the FCA. I am in the same position, but the point I am trying to make is that the only correspondence we have had from the Administrators is through an open forum, this surely is not the correct form of communication in a case involving millions of pounds and hundreds of investors, we deserve better.

Since when has administrators been informing potential creditors by email. I would have expected that this would have to be done by official posted correspondence encompassing all clients and suppliers registered with the said company. (Given that this is an internet company whose primary (indeed, sole) communication with customers was via email, I can't see a huge problem with continuing to use email as the primary method of communcation.)
I am refering to the Adminisrator and not the company.I have not received any correspondance from Adminstrator either by email or post. If I was not on this forum I would be completely unaware of any developments. Certain posters are referring to Form AM01 where is this form?

Until the web site is put BACK UP so we can check our balances match our records, we seem to be wasting our time on here and could find a less stressful pastime. I know it is a worry but it seems to me the we are just going round in circles.
I am going to chillout for a while and keep hoping for return of the web site, then I will feel a lot better, probable not financially

Have any of us considered that some of the speculation on here might actually be damaging Col's future prospects (wherever they might lie), and should the platform have failed, also be damaging the prospect of another lender sorting it all out? I think they damaged their own prospects by their unfortunate colour and content of the page they put up, I am sure this was not thought out properly

It appears that this email has been sent to all investors as I too received this, and I did not communicate with them since the black out.

Got 4.2% on Rolling. I am fed up trying 1 year it takes longer to get a match than the loan lasts. I have had 6 repayments of December loans already all "1 year".

In this instance there is a difference between CashBack and cash back meaning the deposited cash will be returned with interest
