I now have to click on at least 3 pictures before I have any chance on the SM. No chance of me picking anything up now, just about given up Picked a few bits up when I had a free pass but not even after a break from the savingstream website seems to help

Crazy market conditions I managed 6.8% in the 5 year market easy last week, lucky to get 5.8% now.Just going to sit tight and wait for the rates to recover.I fell for the cashback last time but learned from my mistake

Well don't think I will be investing any more money with them.At those rates proberbly not worth the risk even though they are still a lot better then the bank

The summary page needs working on so we can print out some kind of statement easily for reference without all the links being added

The provision fund is fast approaching 8 million and like many others I hope they continue to build on this. Not only will this help in hard times but allow ratesetter to continue growth due to the more cautious investors thinking this business is now a pretty safe place to invest money

Never really thought about it before but how do you tell how many borrowers are linked to each contract. I have lent out a couple of largish amounts when maybe I should of been extra cautious and split it up a bit. Also are you ever told of bad debts or do ratesetter just pay out the full amount as I had 2 contracts repaid early the same day last week
