And #1000080, which I think is due today. Or do we not post to this thread unless/until the payment becomes overdue?

A whole week without a single post on this board - what's the cause? Has everyone here decided no longer to invest on this platform? Is there no deal flow? Or is it just the quiet hum of a well-oiled machine - everything's going perfectly, so there's nothing to say?

How does bonus accrual work? It starts accruing daily from when the loan is past its due date and then when the loan repays Lendy decide if they feel like paying it or not. So from a lender's perspective, it's similar to receiving default interest - except that possibly it's exempt from income tax because it's being paid by the platform rather than the borrower?

IMO, I not sure I would call this loan defaulted (just simply overdue and in arrears) Is it even in arrears yet? I think that my account's been credited with all of the interest that was due today - are you saying that those funds came from MT rather than the borrower?

Is it possible to "panic sell" something at full price? Isn't that just "selling"?

I'm not sure that you should be sure - if they're processing interest payments and defaults at that hour, then I wouldn't be surprised at them also processing deposits.

Is it expected that the valuation doc link for tranche 11 doesn't work? Does it mean that " GDV remains unchanged" should be interpreted as " it didn't seem worth requesting an updated valuation"? The valuation link on the main loan page does work and shows the VR from June 2016 when the original GDV was set at £20M as well as the covering letter outlining the uplift to £22.65M dated July 2017. Not sure too much would have changed in 3-4 months. Agreed, I'm not disputing the conclusion - but I think that the wording is misleading.

Would that stop the approach from working? Yes, it'd make the "lifetime interest" calculation incorrect - but I suspect that what's really being asked for is "lifetime profit", in which case it'd be desirable for capital losses and/or provision fund payouts to be included in that calculation. And if not, then the suggested calculation is already incomplete, because it'll include any cashback etc. payments that you've received.

Currently top of the charts on Seedrs, having raised 109% so far. What does everyone here think of the offering?

I've seen similar problems with Chrome auto-completion, which seems sometimes to be rejected - whereas manually filling in the same info immediately afterwards seems to work.

If the rationale for Option A is to avoid forcing them to sell, then at the very least it ought to have included an anti-embarrassment clause in the settlement agreement - so that after we release the security, if they end up selling anyway, then they have to pay us the remainder of what they owe us, out of the proceeds of the sale.

All roads lead to Rome. You asked AC the relevant Q&A yourself. If AC expect the business not to have free cash flow going forward (and remember that so far it's repeatedly under-performed vs AC's expectations, despite engaging with the specialist advisers that AC recommended), it probably won't be long before it's unable to pay its suppliers again.
