Sorry Kev - I just reread my comment and realised how unreasonable it sounded. I meant to say that I appreciate it is the weekend and as a result, we don't expect full responses immediately. However, when you get to work next week and have time to look into this during normal hours, we would really appreciate some answers to the relatively simple questions that have been posed in this thread by various users.

Kev - you've had numerous reports from users on here that things don't look right and have not answered any of the questions that have been raised. Appreciate it is the weekend but I think we deserve some answers to the fairly simple questions that have been asked.

Also, another question. How is it possible that the last match was 6% when I have had money sat there unmatched at 5.9% for a couple of days now?

I'm confused by the mail that was sent out. It states:
So what has actually changed? Is YR still acting like a floor rate and if the market is offering higher rates, you will be matched at those higher rates rather than the rate you specified?

Have to agree that something doesn't look right. I had money that should have been matched as part of that of that £138k but it still seems to be sat there this morning. Some clarity on how the figures on the Market View are calculated and how often they are updated would be appreciated. I was under the impression that it was near real time and to find out that Borrower orders can remain on the listing for hours after they have been matched doesn't seem right.
Also, how would keeping Borrower orders on the market after they have been matched result in getting Borrowers a better rate?

I'd still like to know how the LTV was calculated. I can't seem to get 80% no matter how I work the numbers. Anyone?

Comments don't seem to be working for me on the loan details. I just see 5 disconnected comments from shimself, webwiz and carsten with no way to click on them or thread/subject that seems to connect them? Is it broken for me? They are not threads (like this site) - just a list. Click on "Add New" to add your comment to the bottom of the list. Oh dear, I feared that would be the case. How are you supposed to link answers to questions or add additional information to existing questions if they are not threaded or grouped by subject. I feel a bit underwhelmed by such a limited "feature".

Opening new tabs for every click is a poor user experience. That is why no one else does it. If in doubt, go with the standard.

Please stop opening a new tab for every other link that is clicked. It is rightfully considered bad form.

ablrateandy - is it possible to invest in any loans (apart from the SM) on the new platform or do we have to wait?

This is one step forwards and one step backwards. The loss of a floor rate is obviously a negative for investors. What was the thinking behind this? This means investors will have to be much more active in monitoring their reinvestments.

Is it possible to actually invest in any loans at the moment? I can't see an invest button anywhere.
