For the benefit of anyone that plugs the dentist's trading address into google streetview, the premises appear to be above the Britannia with the narrow entrance between them and the McDonalds. I visited Kingston semi-regularly a few years ago, and Eden Street is a busy high street in a busy London surburb.

Ah,
Cheers for the lowdown. My worry is will he get to keep that property locattion after the last issue with his landlord?
Someone has asked this on Q&A but no answer from him yet?

The value in the business is the customer list. If he falls ill, he gets in a locum. Any dentist taking home £175k from their list would be suicidal to let that go.

Big increase in % funded today, presumably some of the returned Aberystwyth money has found its way onto this one. Could fill quite quickly from this point.

I was luke warm when I first saw the loan, but having looked at the details again I think I might have a small punt.
This is another re-financing deal that I an struggling to understand. If the practice is making £150k a year profit, why don't they pay off the bank loan in full?

Better get your skates on, it's now 84% funded.
I suspect he's not got the cash to pay off the bank now, but may well repay our loan early.

Don't know exactly. A fair chunk will have gone to pay off the IVA, another on tax. Then he has to live, and there is mention of improvements to his house; maybe those were during the year.
