Just try to access, I didnt get an email from anyone but had access within two hours.

Regards There may be something wrong with AC's email infrastructure ( chris), it took a couple of days to get may access setup having sent my email on the 2 nd July, however last night (20:38 8 th July) I received an auto response message sent from Martin's inbox on the 2 nd July. When I get chance I will have a look at the headers on the email just of see if I can work out where it has been for the last 6 days.

I don't manage the email infrastructure, there's an internal IT department up in Manchester that is in charge of that for the whole group. I'll pass your message on, let me know if there's anything strange in the headers.

I'll pass your message on but I think it's more likely there's just a backlog of emails that the team are working through. The time stamps in the header show the auto response message being generated on the 2 nd July and being received into my in-box on the 8 th July in between there is six days worth of errors about martin's email address not designating a particular email address as a designated sender. It looks like the error messages are being generated by servers external to AC, but I've not resolved all the IP addresses yet to see who owns them.

12 threads and 186 posts is more than a little happening , I do understand your frustration. It is true that not an awful lot is going on though - a lot of those posts you refer to are in threads that were previously public, so you may already have seen a lot of that, and then there is one whole thread that is just banter about nothing consequential. If you are a lender on the loan that brought the sub-board into being, then you will have received anything of great importance via email already, and a little delay before getting to read / participate in the chat won't be of detriment for you at this point. The admins and mods are all doing it in their spare time, and they do spend a lot of that attending to the forum - I'm sure they are doing their best to get the issue sorted.
