I have just received an email from Landbay stating: - "We are writing to let you know that that we have not yet received all funds for an investment you requested 7 days ago".
They go on to say that I'll lose my place in the queue if payment isn't made in 7 days.
I signed up with them four months ago and apart from an email saying that due to maintenance I will not be able to access my account for a short while (1st June), I have had no contact from them until today.
I did not make a request last week and the amount they ask for is £1.58. Does this sound genuine?
Advice and hopefully reassurance welcome

may want to check your spam-they sent another email later saying to ignore the first( says due to tech error?)

Thanks but no, there was nothing there. I'll try to email them (not via the link on the suspect one) but most folk on here don't seem to have had a quick response.

OK, now I see they use MS Office which I don't have as I'm not a business so it appears I can't contact them via email. And they have no support phone No outside of office hours. I don't like having to wait two days to see if my account has been in any way compromised.

I don't like having to wait two days to see if my account has been in any way compromised. Email is email. It does not matter what method you use to compose and send an email, the recipient can read it using whatever program or app they use. And vice versa.
