At last! Well done chaps. Just a couple of early observations. In the password reset the rules say '1 from all 3 groups' but there are 4 groups. I used at least 1 from each of 3 groups and that worked fine. Decided to test 'withdraw' so I asked for the balance shown on the dashboard, but apparently I was asking for more than I had, so I tried a penny less, but that was still more than I had. It looks great and I am looking forward to having a good thrash around tomorrow.

Had another play this morning and didn't hit the problem mentioned above as I went straight to the https://portal. link from the email (at least I think that is why - the old link was definitely making my browser nervous). Found a part up for sale in the secondary market so I bought it. Still in 'pending'. I would like to try out 'Deposit' but not before all the new loans start rolling in. emoney any hints when that might be?

I do not have the tech answers but what I can report is that after a phone call to Justus my login issues have been sorted. My firewall and security systems are reporting no issues either with the website or e-mails received.

The part I bought on the SM has now stopped being 'pending' and the value has been returned to my 'available cash'. It didn't return to the SM so I am guessing it was a dummy thing left over from testing. Nothing in 'transactions' since 11/9. Withdrawing funds still doesn't work (unless the amount needs to be more than £41.14). I get the impression that the site is there but nobody is home. And maybe emoney isn't looking at the forum?

I am not sure if Justus monitor this forum, but with the problems you have found ,n, I would suggest that you drop them an e-mail or give them a ring. Any problems I have had currently, or in the past, have always been solved quickly and politely. However I must also suggest that any site that has taken this long to update should have fewer problems.

Well - it seems to work, but there is so little activity that it seems barely worth the ridiculously long wait.
A classic example of - it ain't broke, so let's break it!
I am removing my money as fast as possible as the returns are going down, and the options for reinvesting are almost non-existent.
Shame - Emoneyunion was excellent - brilliant user interface, easy to use, lots of trading, good returns, contingency fund etc

...I wonder if I could seek the help of our far more Tech savvy Formulites in understanding what the following Company is all about, what they do, who benefits and to what end would JustUs use their services? Thank you for taking the time it's appreciated. All the best, J. IP Address of Icptrack is 216.27.93.64

Hey @magenta14 - apologies for the lateness in reply, but in relation to your query... firstly, I'm assuming you're seeing these icptrack/icpbounce links in emails you receive from JustUs (rather than on links on their actual website?) So, the *.icptrack.com/*.icpbounce.com domains appear related to "iContact" (icontact(.)com) which advertises itself as an "email marketing solution". It therefore looks like JustUs are using the iContact service to send mail to investors/subscribers in bulk. Links in such emails to *.ictrack.com are basically "tracking redirects", that is, the link first takes you to ictrack.com (which records that you've clicked a particular link), and then automatically redirects you to the ultimate target URL (likely to be a page on the JustUs site). This allows JustUs to gather data into the effectiveness of their email (i.e. what links are clicked, and potentially by whom) Whilst this is all likeliness harmless, I would strongly discourage JustUs from this particular practice - which although intended for the purposes of tracking, is for all intents and purposes "URL cloaking", and therefore similar as "link shortening" services which are often abused to hide the true target of links. You shouldn't click a link in an email that you don't know where it actually finally points to (such as a link made with an URL shortening service, or a "cloaked"/tracking link) - as these could take you anywhere! Platforms should include links in their emails that point DIRECTLY to pages on their own site. (If a platform needs to "track" clicks, this should be done by appending code to the URL, not by "cloaking", or via some 3rd party re-direct) Finally, incidentally, the *.icbounce.com is most likely used to track "bounce-backs" i.e. undeliverable emails. Hope that helps!

Hi @magenta14 and isecguyThanks for the accurate response you have provided isecguy. Just for clarity we do use 'icontact' as our mailing system. We also use the internal message system on the portal for direct communications. Any URL's embedded into the emails are generally links to pages within the portal for ease of access for the reader. Going forwards we will ensure that these links are obvious and do not cause concern for the end user. In the meantime if there are any further questions on this matter please let me know. Regards Mike Moroney COO
