Mod Hat On/ I've just merged two other threads about 'disappeared' and 'missing' funds into this one as a 'technical' fault in loan #495 seems to have been the cause and is already being discussed in this thread. At least I think that's what's going on  Accordingh to my loans page I don't have anything in #495, but I'm missing about £600 in GBBA1 and around 100 in my ISA (presumably GBBA2) chris may need to spread his net wider Brian

I logged in yesterday and it looks like nearly a grand has vanished overnight, however I assume it must be a bug. I log in again just now and its still missing which makes my mind begin to wonder, was there some default that I didn't notice, etc. So then I check these boards and lots of people are having the same issue, so I guess its a bug afterall. there are very few platforms that can hold a candle to AC when it comes to openness of communication, Agree with you, but in this case nothing by email. I appreciate the timing is bad. |

You probably do hold it because it is a large loan and will have been shared out when the packaged accounts rebalanced.

For anyone else like me who is a long way from being an AC expert and is worried about their balances, I found that clicking "Reports->Balance Statement" at the top of the screen shows the correct balances.
At least they "look" a lot more correct than the balances shown on the accounts screen. Unfortunately, I'm a software engineer not an accountant so would find it very difficult to verify what they ought to be other than being in the right ballpark.
I am a little concerned that this could happen.
I didn't find this thread originally - I wonder if the subject could be more focused?

You're right, this shouldn't happen, I think we're too lenient of FCA regulated P2P, we wouldn't accept it from a bank

Ok thanks Steerpike so all being "well" I should see the same 15% loss or so in the balances area tomorrow. At least I there is some record of my balance before it collapsed !

I have a negative balance too. Will refrain from raising another issue at this point - hopefully it's one fix to sort it for everyone

Whereas my MLIA balance statement is £240 out in my favour so I'm hoping it doesn't correct tomorrow 😀

Problem is that the dashboard is the best part of £800 light Things are getting lighter by the hour. Loans #719 #708 have disappeared completely from the live loan book. It was there at 20:30 this evening but gone by 22:30. Best be holding on to your loan book downloads.

"Lost" some money too, just decreased today. I guess they are closed today so hopefully they'll resolve it during tomorrows work day hours.
