Market is running through the loans, it was down much of yesterday. It's processed roughly half the loan book so far today, after being fixed mid morning. Should have made it through the others by tomorrow morning. As stated elsewhere the new solution for this is 1 - 2 weeks away.
Barclays is still down but the ball is in their court and there's nothing we can do at the moment to resolve.

Just picked up on this. Looks like an error on the ledger, and therefore the repayments tab on the loan, which has caused loan's balance to be incorrect, leading to everyone's loan units to be wrongly valued. I've temporarily suspended trading on the loan to prevent the situation getting worse and notified the director able to investigate and fix the problem. However given the timing and the probable need to get several people involved I don't know how long the fix will take. I do know that we'll automatically correct errors for everyone so that no one misses out. There's also a new loan model being built that will retain the existing model's flexibility but eliminate it's brittleness. This is a few weeks away still but is the long term solution to stopping these ledger errors occurring. When your fixing this can you or one of your team also fix the spring bonus? The missing funds haves zero’d my (and I assume other people’s) spring bonus.

The daily figure will automatically reset but the historic figures will need recalculating for the past couple of days.

Understatement of the week! Still, jam tomorrow... Understatement indeed. It's now 56 hours since I placed the buy orders and still nothing's been bought in 8 loans with hundreds of thousands of pounds-worth of availability, plus this morning my account's "missing" £286.98. Bingo - it's #495 that's causing my "missing" money. It's showing as a -£ holding for me too.

Hi all,
I am new to the forum but have been using AC for 2 years. I noticed on Saturday the value of my fund had been steadily decreasing over a few days by quite large amounts. I have never seen this before and cannot tell from the reports what is going on, certainly I have not withdrawn money. I cannot contact AC until Tuesday and wondered if anyone else had seen this or had any ideas how to determine where the losses are. I am invested mostly in the original Great British Business account fund and not in any individual loans.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Many Thanks in Advance

Thanks for that, I did look but people were reporting small discrepancies originally, I am missing a lot of money,
however just checked again and it does seem people have much larger amounts missing, fingers crossed it will all resolve.
Many Thanks

I've experienced discrepancies from time to time but these have always been 100% resolved within a reasonable timeframe so don't have a heart attack before AC can set your mind at rest tomorrow - relax in this surprisingly good Bank Holiday weather!

Mod Hat On/ I've just merged two other threads about 'disappeared' and 'missing' funds into this one as a 'technical' fault in loan #495 seems to have been the cause and is already being discussed in this thread. At least I think that's what's going on

No need, they are already aware, see chris post above.

No need, they are already aware, see chris post above. I'm just making it 'formal' in case there's more to it.
