I too have buy orders sitting there doing nothing with SM availability however just tried selling a little of a loan at 1% discount and it got gobbled up straight away............so something is buying on the SM!

For folk investing thousands, tens of thousands and even hundreds of thousands, not understanding why purchases hang from the sm despite apparent large availability is worrying. I'm a software engineer by trade and I'm afraid waiting for the boot of anybody doesn't give me the warm feeling that I need to significantly invest.

Having been in systems development for several decades, I would guess that a vital system was disconnected last Thursday afternoon so that a kettle could be plugged in. Somebody forgot to switch it on again after the staff tea break.  |

Plenty of instructions and available cash in my MLIA, but no SM activity between 1246 on 14/Dec and 1133 on 16/Dec.

Wednesday evening 12 buy orders for 4 hours and no action. Additional buy orders now no availability even though plenty when placed. What is going on?

I put some items on SM and they are shown as for sale on my account but if look on loans the amount for sale has not gone up, possibly boot of Chris needed
