Quick summary :
5K min per loan
Property, existing and development
Loans come split into a fixed rate portion and a competive bidding portion (whereby you can start above the fixed rate and maybe get outbid and don't get invested) Can't say I really understand the workings beyond this
Website kind of designed for people who've been there before, but if you're on this forum I guess you'll have seen enough p2p sites to be able to manage
I emailed a few questions and got sensible answers quickly

Registration reasonably painless
There is an SM, but as I write has only got one thing on it
The people - a load of old hands with property and a computerist, fair enough (kind of like The Things I suppose)
I invested because I liked the loan a lot (existing property appx 25%LTV, income streamZ to cover, reason for loan reasonable). It's gone now, tough, but worth registering to see what else they come up with.
