From a drop in capital over the weeked to now an increase in Accrued Interest today.
About £630 has been added to accrued interest. I have checked:
Existing loans I think balance with what I should have It is £136/7 less than the Repaid A Hotel loan so not this
At a loss, I am sure it will become clear.
Regards,
Mike

Regards, Mike It's all a bit of a mess at the moment. Did you have interest owed from Aberystwyth? That appeared as accrued interest for me late today. However, I also gained something else at the weekend, god knows from where, I have two or three queries open with AC at the moment. Even just for the sake of clearing the impending customer support load they have to get the displayed interest correct.

A £630 pound INCREASE in accrued interest over night ,oh god please please. I thought at the beginning of my investments in AC I was kind of a sprat sized fish from the crustation gene pool in the investment ocean, with a few great white sharks about and the hint maybe of a whale or two. Over time i have reviewed my relative size to sub atomic plankton, but what is nice i still feel valued and given a fair crack by AC and think on the whole always will be. Peer to peer needs mass investers to have a long term future and if there is a shake out of companies, and i think that will happen within the next two years AC has a better chance to survive than most in my opinion. On the whole its not trying to be too cleaver and just churning out the good quality safer product again and again.Backed by a recoverys team that well just makes all other compeditor firms look a bunch of idiots.

Been out the office today so not sure if this is the cause but there was talk of including the outstanding accrued interest from repaid loans in the figures so a change may have been set live relating to that (as requested by lenders).

Well that's definitely what I saw on one loan, Aberystwyth, as when it went to repaid it didn't set the interest to zero immediately. I recorded the amount in my spreadsheet and the amount credited yesterday was only 1p different (which happens with display rounding) and that's in 6 figures, so it just has to be that loan. However, #199 is also in the same position, marked as repaid but interest is still owing, and that one hasn't been counted for in accrued interest yet. So it looks as though things are going in the right direction but aren't there yet. I also have a spurious £352 added to my account and I've found one loan, #520, where I hold £-4.34! So it would be good to get on top of the "repaid" problem as that's probably easier than the other two (yes, I've emailed enquiries@ with as much debug as I've got - I'll take the £352 and £4.34 as a thank you :-).

OK It seems my plea has been heard at last, but just to confuse matters AC seem to be doing the correction to the loanbook in stages! ........from what I can make from the figures agrees that loan #79 Ab hot int owed has been incl. in Accrued Int........however, loans #123 & #199 have not (so more changes may follow)......the loans however are still on Repaid page!........these are the only loans that I know about.
