Hello folks, We conducted analysis on Assetz loan book from May (slightly late to the party with publishing I know) and felt it worth sharing now, before we display analysis on the Orca site. Hope you find it useful. Assetz Capital ReviewCheers, Jordan

Has this even be read through once and sense checked??
so 11.81% of principal was outstanding in 2013?
Amazing. Even after this many months noone has read it! Wheres the other 88%??
tl;dr
way too long, everything is per loan not per £ and the data could be studied & presented much better by a Maths GCSE student.
'%age loans recovered in part'? Come on. The thing people probably care most about is the £ amounts! If those loans have been 90% recovered versus 5% that's an important difference

So I do appreciate your comments. As displayed in the 'Recovery Performance' graphic, the 88% principal not outstanding in 2013 defaulted loans is due to the loan being recovered in part (approx. 20%) or in full (approx. 70%). We are in the process of reviewing our graphics within our dashboard (behind login), which should help improve our blog graphics - all in good time. Thanks again,
