Regardless of whether you think it's flawed or not, the important fact is that the FS model is somewhat different from others. I like it, but if you think it's flawed, please go elsewhere. I'm trying to go elsewhere but my money is stuck. I'm so glad that you are happy to invest in property loans not knowing what is happening in the first 6 months and don't care when it is time to either repay or renew the loan. Me too, not only do i still have money stuck there, a large lump has recently disappeared due to their total inability and lack of experience in dealing with defaulted asset's. Their inactivity on the forum (except when a new loan is launching.. of course.) imo shows a lack of concern with regards to *Lenders and probably* borrowers, if they cannot be bothered to update loan progression then i see no reason why they would answer even the simplest questions raised here. Edit **

Or are you suggesting that FS don't care enough about borrowers to bother finding out whether they're planning to repay or not, or making any of the progress they had hoped to?

My bold. That's a very good point mikes1531 , what is it to them? imo i really do not think FS have any concerns who they lend our money too, as long as they and the valuer can make the numbers stack up, then who cares, certainly not FS. But maybe they should care, Tin sheds over at SS are a typical example of the type of borrowers that they are more than happy to hand our investments to.
